Wait... does the Party Mix come in 2 ways, one with/without the effects mode. Numarks overview showed a Party Mix with 3 PAD MODES!? It’s like the DJ2GO2 with/without Serato mark.

Bit late but some songs I have on my soundcloud playlist aren’t on the serato software. I’ve made a new playlist but the same songs won’t come up. Any suggestions

You need to have a SoundCloud Go+ account first :) could also be because those songs are being blocked by SoundCloud? I've not come across that situation in my use of SC with Serato.

Using video editing and screen recording software, we use Final Cut Pro X and Screenflow on a Mac.

The Party Mix comes with it's own version of Virtual DJ LE, as far as cables are concerned simply an RCA cable for audio and USB to connect the controller to the laptop :)

You don't have to, you can mix in headphones but better if you have got some speakers :)

It sounds like you have the wrong version of Virtual DJ downloaded, check again for an LE version that is for use with the Party Mix :)

Check that you've got audio coming out of the headphone output as well as the master :) If none, check your settings in Serato and make sur ethe Numark Party Mix is listed as your audio output

We'd need a lot more info that this to help out Luke, what laptop are you using? Have you downloaded the drivers etc? Are you following the instructions carefully? etc
