Know that if this happened to you, those who love you aren't really going to care, in fact nobody really cares and only you do. Some people may poke a bit of fun at you but ultimately they move on, they're too busy with themselves anyway. The only time when people will care if you were cheating on a significant other, in which case you didn't really value the relationship anyway and now the truth came out. It's one nude in the sea of billions of other pictures, life goes on. Sure it won't feel pleasant but it will eventually pass. Hope this helped.

Best advice I can give is keep your composure and play hard ball. Remember if you don’t send money then they have nothing to gain from exposing you. He knew my instagram and tried to threaten me by sending it to everyone I knew. I told him I was going to get the money in the bank by the next day so he waited. in the meantime I just warned everyone I knew that followed me that this dude might send some shit that wasnt me and that I was being blackmailed. So they all blocked him in time for the when the dude was expecting the payment. I told the dude I had friends in cyber security and that he should simply go fuck himself. Everyone talks about online sextortion but I was in a situation where I rented a place on a ranch that came with a job and after 3 months they started withholding hours etc and when confronted I was told that, unless I have sex with the manager they will continue to make life more difficult. I refused for 6 years and ended up evicted with no money/nowhere to go and lost everything including my reputation.. so where does that fall under? This ranch was very isolated and I moved there with the notion that they would help me get my license, by paying for the lessons I needed to finish it, a license was needed for work on a ranch, in Canada driving lessons are not cheap. I realize now I was targeted. So basically I ended up trapped on a remote ranch in Canada that barely had cell service, with no license and no money because they were only giving enough work to cover the rent on purpose. The laws on this are so vague, and I was literally punished for refusing to be raped by the manager.

I am 14. This is embarrassing to admit but I am. I sent a video and a picture to a girl who I thought was someone I knew and they were sending videos and pictures back. When they threatened me I said I don’t care and “they aren’t mine” I just found them off of google. They were really upset and were saying it was me but I kept on denying. I hope it stays that way cause I have school on Monday and you know how embarrassing it would be? Instead, I took a picture of my license and photo-shopped it to say that I was still a minor. I thought this would be a good trick for the blackmailer to ignore me. Hey y’all, listen, one thing to pay attention to, Ask them for screenshots just could be out of the blue but keep a close eye on whether or not they’re on a VPN or using an irregular cell tower. The person I’m involved with that I’m electing to just block, has a South African cell tower with a VPN connected. They just make fake instagrams to get your attention. Pick out little things you can find from what they give you. If they don’t have a regular cell service (T-Mobile, Verizon, etc) chances are they’re not even bothering to send anyone anything. They want money and money alone but they do a damn good job scaring people like they did me. This isn’t to take away from anyone’s scenario but if someone just hits you up out of the blue, be weary.

Well Im being blackmailed and he or she wants to send my pics and videos to all my friends and my family and in my area. I even called the cops and told them what is happening and he told me that he cant do anything and that my blackmailer will go away but i came to find out that this person sent my pics to a friend of mine on faceook. now all i want to do is hide and not come out of my house... My blackmailer wants $2000 and i tryed to get him to calm down and i even removed my old email address and tiktok and my facebook is not working..... So i just want to hide

I have reported extortion,blackmail,ploice missconduct,judical missconduct and racketeering to the local police,internal affairs and the fbi.I get harassed by them.They will not let me file a report.I have contacted interpol also with no help.Everything I own has been taken from me.Can anyone help?

This happened to me tonight, ended up paying £500 but they asked for another £400. That’s when I knew it will just be a repeat cycle. I ended up blocking them & reporting their bank details to the police. Fearing that nothing will come from it, but even if it does. I suppose I’ll just have to get on with life as it won’t stop me doing anything else day to day
