Amazing that you figured Dream A.I. out. Thanks for this video. A.I platforms are not always easy, and with so many platforms, it's mind boggling.

Do you ever check the designs on a different coloured background? I find they usually look fine with a transparent background or even laying white under it again but if you put different colours under it it can look questionable.

I come around to check if there's anything applicable to getting my kittl tomorrow and going at it for real. And I find this video waiting for me, fantastic! 🎉

Lovely video as always Bailey. Your content is always so refreshing because it literally walks you through step by step so we can recreate the process ourselves! I followed along your video and while my 20 images x2 images/quality HD ended up being 160 credits (not currently signed up to MyDesigns because I don't really want to pay 50 or 100 a month currently as I have kittl etc and am just starting out lol :) BUT following your settings and creating my "own" theme I wanted to do I managed to create a clipart set of pretty decent images and was able to salvage 30 out of the 40 prompts so win win! :) I do have a question though. I've got the creating it, removing background, creating cute graphics to showcase said work for end buyer etc down. The part I'm struggling with is the size of the files and how to get that to the end buyer. I was thinking I'd sign up for google drive for like 90 for the year for 2 Terabytes or whatever it is right? But I wanted to test things out so I did all my stuff, removed background, made any edits, made sure it all looked nice etc. Downloaded it only to realize my file size was super large and google drive was like Hi this will be taking an hour and a half to upload "half" your images and I was like woah. So I went to a site to compress my PNGs and the quality still looked good on them but most files went from like 15 mb to like 4mb and this time google was like HI this will take 30 minutes. Seems like a lot of wasted time on the uploading part. After all that I discovered the layout kind of sucked and when I downloaded the zip/tried to open myself it wouldn't let me lol (I did go in and make sure anyone with a link could open) but the compressing to a decent size that won't take forever to upload, where is the easiest spot to upload to be able to share a zip file with customers etc in a nice organized manner is where I'm struggling. The other parts I've finally got a bit and it seems like I can definitely save myself some time which is awesome. I guess what I'm looking for is if you have a video on the zipping/compressing/where to host type of video yet? :) And if not, if you are sharing your files via a zip file somewhere (like google drive) do you use them or is there somewhere better for quicker uploading/ease to share with customer? :) Thanks again for your super high quality, actionable videos :) Much appreciated.

thank you very much. i have a question. when you do the clip arts on mydesign with the help of AI, do you now own them and can sell them?
@ChelseaRafferty12 күн бұрын
You don't own them. We can't copyright "AI" Art. And you have to disclose it in your Etsy store according to their rules and policies (aka it was designed by you via your prompts) not made by you etc. But yes you have commercial license to sell them but you can't copyright it/own it :) Hope that helps

I have a question - if I make my clipart much bigger than 3000x3000 it can go up over 50MB and then will not import into Canva for my clients. Does anyone know a way to make the large clipart smaller in transparent png? People seem fine with 10x10 but I'm just wondering what I'm missing :)

What is the process of you getting all those prompts?

Usually I write them. :) You can also use ChatGPT to help structuring image prompts

Thanks for this but I have a question I have been meaning to ask you. I am very skeptical about putting my art up because you do all this work and someone will just screenie your art and duplicate it. How can you protect your work? Should you watermark it and is it even worth it?
@ChelseaRafferty12 күн бұрын
For mine I just put my shop name in a nice text, put the opacity down a bit/behind the graphics. It won't stop the really determined from stealing but it will make it less fun for them to snag
@aeli9998 күн бұрын
If they want to steal it bad enough they will, no matter what you do. Watermarks can make it a little more difficult, but they are pretty easy to remove.

How many credits did it end up costing? Im also part of your community - i love it ❤❤
@ChelseaRafferty12 күн бұрын
I had some leftover credits and I followed her steps above. So currently I'm not an active member and following the settings she used with the 2 images per prompt etc I had 20 prompts x2 images generated for each, quality HD etc and mine used 160 credits (her's only used like 88 I think) not sure if that's because she's active currently aka has a subscription right now or something else but for me personally with just leftover credits I had from using Mydesigns before mine was the 160 :)
@aeli9998 күн бұрын
@@ChelseaRafferty The credit cost depends on which image generator you use, how many images you have it generate at once, and the aspect ratio you select. Recraft is 3 per image at 1:1. It tells you on the panel how many credits it will take based on your selections if you are doing one prompt. I'm not sure it does if you are using the parallel prompts.

How is anyone going to rank for anything unless you are first in a niche? If nobody sees your stuff you make no sales. Ends up costing you money for tools and listing fees. And yes I've tried selling T-shirts on Etsy. I'm a Amazon merch seller for a number of years so I know how to create stuff that sells but if you can't crack into the niche you're screwed. Plus on Etsy there's listing fees they're cheap but still. I love the idea of selling digital downloads but every frekin niche I see is saturated and the competition is fierce. So do a video on cracking into these saturated niches for major holidays etc and actually making sales, not highlighting how much some super seller is already making because the algorithm loves them. 🙄

I don't like AI images. So bad for creators and artists. But the worst is for Etsy, is all full of AI garbage and to buy good quality watercolor images is a nightmare, thousands of AI garbage to find a real art work.
@thecrypticthecross12 күн бұрын
Sadly AI will be replacing more than just artists. It's replacing thousands of labor jobs as well and will only increase in the future.
