Sir, during Digitization if by mistake there are overlapping a line with other, how do i adjust?

You can edit the shapefile, start edit session and select the shapefile, nodes will be highlighted with red cross sign, left click and hold a node and shift the node according to your need. You can move all nodes one by one and at last save the edit.

You have to use Advanced Digitizing tool from qgis panel
