1) What are the inheret defects in Weimar constitution? ---> The weimar republic was born with some inherit defects by its birth only. The defects are: • Propotional representation: In the Reichtag the parliament the parties were propotionally represented. Like for example The Nazi party had 2.6% of vote in the reichtag in 1928 but in 1932 the party got 37% of votes . So they will be able to control the parliament according to the vote they got. So this leads to a problem that there will be no party who will rule the country. The lack leads to very much delays and problems. • Usual use of Article 48 : The article 48 of the Weimar constitution mentioned that the President can order emergency on the country. But there was very liberal use of the article there were 20 different cabinets for 239 days.

Sir earlier I don't like SST but now you have made it possible that SST is also a subject and a very interesting subject than all so now my favorite subject is SOCIAL SCIENCE. I can proudly say that in 2022-2023 finals of class 8th standard FINAL EXAM I secured 60/60 in SST. NOW, I'm in 9th standard and in my Half-yearly Exam I secured 80/80. I'm the batch of 2023 - 2024 , 9th class Sir thank you so much for teaching so good 👍.
