Is DILD or WILD better? The answer is very simple: I don’t know. I know for me, but as hard as it is for beginners to hear, they have to find that out for themselves. Like you said some people can naturally figure out WILDs, and for some people it’s just easier to experience DILD. I find my success rate is pretty much the same with both, but I think that’s because I really started cranking out my meditation sessions. I’ve stayed consistent with meditating 20-30 minutes every day for about a year now, so that helps with WILD much more than beginners may realize. Pretty much everything else you said I agree with, or more accurately, my own subjective experience seems to be similar to yours.

Thanks bro, Ive got 2 questions if I may ask. 1-Do you know a substance or a herb to make you sleep directly to the REM? I mean valeriana and so on has GABA wich puts you in non REM. Doxilamina, Melatonine, Benzodiazepan and Barbituricts the same. It seems in order to go to REM one has to go throw non REM first, isnt it? I havent tried Calea Zacatechichi and Blue lothus and stuff like that, maybe it does it! 2- Have you tried myristica (nut meg)? It makes you sleep and give vivid dreams -they say lettuce as well- and if I may add whats your opinion on cannabis? Thanks bro, you really have my respect cause you practice LD with your Neuro state, I am in the autistic spectrum and sometimes it makes it easier cause I go completely 100% but if I lose focus, I lose it almost 100% hahaha. Cheers bro!

I haven't had much experience with supplements or substances. I've used galantamine, huperzine A, choline, and supplements such as LucidEsc (which I have a discount code for in the video description) they've all been quite helpful in boosting awareness. As for something that takes you directly into REM, I'm not aware of anything. There have been nights where I seem to go into REM within the first hour of falling asleep but this is rare. I made a video about cannabis earlier this year (or maybe late last year). Cannabis can suppress REM sleep and make it harder to remember dreams but there are plenty of cannabis users who are still able to achieve lucidity. Having a brain that works differently has its advantages, but it's certainly not without its pitfalls haha.
