Hi, I am an Indian and love to see you try cooking Indian dishes. Your spinach dish looks amazing , am sure it tasted great too 😊. A small tip, if you permit... you can add cubed Tofu pieces or even chicken or lamb to this dish. Please look for a spice blend called' Garamasala' ( available at most Indian grocery stores) . thank you for showing some of your mistakes! i know it must not feel that great to share those, but so many channels like yours, they seem perfect (and maybe they are or maybe they're just not putting their mistakes in the video) and sometimes it's a little intimidating/discouraging. it's reassuring to know that even housework superheroes like you can make mistakes - it means it may not be the end of the world if i make some too! i appreciate you sharing

It’s so lovely to see you making Indian spinach curry..❤ love from India ❤. Just a tip- Always put cumin seeds at dat point when oil is such hot dat cumin cracks as soon as it is put in oil.. u can check the hotness bt putting 1-2 seeds before putting all.. 2- always check if oil separates out from the mixture to check if the gravy is cooked after putting tomatoes.. once you see oil coming out it means it’s properly cooked 😊
