Yess same story i havee social aanxietty and ASD i spent class 10 in lockdown from therre mmy anxiiety hhas reachhed hiigheer level than me before now I'm ddonne 12 all I can say just like u whenever something bad happpens or mmy anxiety trriggerss the i alwayys watchh hamiimomy whether iitt is a cleaning vedio or coookingg vedioo i gett relaxed at onnce since I'm donnw with 12 now there are many obstacles now aboutwhat I'm going to do in future I'm so anxious now so I came here and found your comment🎉❤

How very sweet of you to give her such a glowing tribute. I am glad that you shared that because she would have no other way of knowing how much she means to you otherwise. I am hoping that you will be set free from the anxiety you are experiencing. I have had severe anxiety in the past too--the answer for me has been a personal relationship with the Lord--Jesus Christ. He always forgives us if we ask Him and promises us His peace and comfort . He has promised to never leave us or forsake us --ever. You just can't get any better than that--to have the creator of the universe always with you. I just thought I would share that with you in the hopes that it would be helpful

Hami is so adorable! I have been binge-watching many of your videos. I am older (66) and I care for my adult disabled son. Life at home as caregiver can be isolating and even chaotic, and I'm sorry to say that I rarely have any energy to clean house and cook properly, even though I am an accomplished cook and we do eat whole foods. Your videos are a moment of peace and inspiration, and for that, I am truly grateful. Best wishes as you and your husband embark on the design and construction of your own home. I really like how you prep your food. I need to do more of that instead of cooking when we need to eat only. It is nice to see how peanut butter is made. I can't make it here as one of my children is allergic to all nuts (so sad). That looks delicious!!!! I love when you go back to seeing movies from when you were a teen or child and your perspective of it changes over time. I hope the other kittens didn't get hurt. Happy weekend!

En México hay una frase q dice "aquí y en china" refiriéndose que en lugares muy distantes pasa lo mismo en una situación. Así q aplica, aquí y en china si una mamá quiere tomarse la tarde libre para hacer algo de su gusto tiene que dejar hecho todo lo q normalmente se necesita o hace cuando está en casa 😮, jaja es broma. hammy es muy alegre!!!
