The Rockets put the ball in the end zone after four of Dillard's turnovers 3 fumbles and 2 interceptions.
Miami Central (10-3), the No 4 seed, will play Palmetto in the 6A state semifinals.

Lesson learned don't you ever talk shit about 95th Street Miami Central senior High School Rockets. Now I do think Dillard should definently schedule tougher opponents next season. Yes I agree you can't help who's in you district, but besides from Miramar who's pretty decent over the last couple of years and Columbus who's always good who did Dillard play that's notable. In my opinion Dillard needs to play schools like Deerfield Beach, Cardinal Gibbons, American Heritage, Atlantic, Miami Northwestern just naming a few. Dillard should have kept the team like it was last year that team was battle tested they played a tougher schedule and played against a better central team that was #3 in the nation at the time and Dillard actually should have won that game. Dillard had no chance this season against a young Miami central team not one team Dillard played this season finished better than 6-4. Dillard had a state championship team last season that came back they switched it up any team with dept can go undefeated against 6-4 teams. Against top competition you can see what you really have. So they laid an egg. Central won this one pretty easy. This was the weakest schedule in Dillard history. No one is shocked they got whooped you can see this coming since the Fort Lauderdale high game

Good game and Dillard did show resolve in their loss. I have family down in S. Florida and was basically told that Central has grown men playing for them disguised as teens....true story. Anyway I am headed to UHNWI status and am going to be working with movers that can help with reducing the CTE numbers our youth have to go through. The coaches did a good job but all the cursing and foul language used to motivate is out of place. The great coach J. Wooden would not even allow his players this type language as he stated it revealed a lack of control. Plus another great coach said all your tears and blood need to mostly be during your practices and workouts....as at game time it is too late to summon up what you will need for the battle.....ie less time video gaming and more time watching film and perfecting your game.
