A Dillion press is 100% guaranteed. I have had mine 22 years. I have gone through at least 6 primmer feeds. Last year I had them rebuild the whole press. It cost more in parts to rebuild it as I paid for it new. An accident that was totally my fault ripped off the powder measure and bent the die. New parts were in my mail box two days later. I tried to buy decapping pin but even those were given me. Dillion honors their guarantee. The only thing I have paid for is when the press was rebuilt to had it lubed while apart and some extra primmer tubes.It is the best guarantee I have ever had. Maybe you bought the press second hand but if not let them honor their guarantee.

Thanks for your comment! After making this video, I did take advantage of Dillon's guarantee. I pretty much rebuilt my square deal comparable to what's available new now. New arms, bushings,new primer feeder and many more odd parts. They sent me everything I asked for at no charge. Excellent company! Very happy with Dillon.

I had the same problem. My machine was a 1996 model. I bought it used and I don't know how many rounds were loaded on it. I replaced the primer feed assembly (I have two SDB machines) and it still did it. I had the same parts kit. I replaced the Plastic Wave Bearings (all 4 of them) and the Index Lever Assembly. That fixed my problem. Now I suppose that replacing the Index Lever Assembly could of fixed it too but since you are already taking it apart you might as well replace the wave bearings.

Hi, i have actually the same primer flipping problem BUT i have already changed the indexer with a new one Mine machine is a od one so a i don't have any screw to fix the problem, do you have any suggestion? Thanks
