Hi, just want to say thank you so much for this recipe! I'm only just learning Bengali curries and this was perfect; so easy to follow and tastes just right :) I used 6 eggs and halved all the quantities (I didn't read the caption until just now), however, everything was perfect, just a little too salty but I think that was my own fault!

sabrina ahmed hi, thank you for your question. I find the best way to peel the eggs without ruining the shape, is to lightly roll the egg over a hard surface several times, just keep rolling it around in a circular motion until the shell has cracked. Then gently peel away the broken skin whilst running the egg under cold water. I find this works every time for me!

You should have scored the eggs with a sharp knife so the masala is absorbed into the eggs.
