Located on the Sukhumvit in North Pattaya is this very affordable Dim Sum Restaurant.

It sure was Dan, the food just kept coming and coming. You can hear her say that she ordered the chicken feet for the content, but she enjoyed herself, then a couple of hours later went out for a Thai BBQ 🤣🤣🤣

Yes this one wasn't that quality for sure, but was decent for the price. We also love the one at the Chatrium Riverside "Silverwaves" which used to be on Eatigo 👃👃

Struth, I was expecting a load of the missus’s friends to arrive with that order. Looked lovely mind. Pad Kapow is my go to meal, but I like it a bit spicy. Another good find Dave. Amazing value.

Keef you're not going to believe me, but after coming here for 30 years and living here for 10...I had my first Pad Kapow only about 4 weeks ago. Now one of my favourite dishes. I'm terrible with Thai Chili though, it has some reaction and I end up with lips like I've just come from the Dentist🤣🤣 We didn't manage to finish everything but Mum had some with her Chicken Cashew that we took her home 👃👃

Good evening David. Love dim sum. Did not see much dim sum when there in March. Good find, and prices were great! Lots of food, and looks delish. I used Bolt as well. Taking no chances.

Cheers Bruce, when Nong found the Dim Sum place we were excited, as you say, not much Dim Sum available here. Great feed and great prices for sure. Yes if I'm having drinks Bolt is the way to go, I do like having the car there, so many times I just don't drink...Nong makes up for it 🤣🤣

@@DavidAndNong David, I will have to check this place when I return to Pattaya. My lady makes up for my lack of drinking as well when it comes to drink. Gin always gets me dehydrated. Tequila is my choice, or scotch. Fancy that!🤣

A Scotch is fine, gin or tequila only if in a cocktail. I hate to say I normally have a Sang Som or Vodka, although if at home we do enjoy a Blackbeard. Spiced Morgan's rum, coke light with a Guinness head 👌👌

@@DavidAndNong David, agree on the cocktails for gin. I enjoy a good sipping tequila, but hard to find top shelf tequila in Thailand. The Spiced Morgan's sounds tasty, will have to give it a try. Have you done any vlogs on Italian restaurants yet? Having lived in New York City, you get spoiled with the quality of Italian food. Certainly would like to find one around Pattaya/Jomtien.

Hi Bruce, there are quite a few Italians around, especially in Jomtien, most are located on Thapraya Road, just before you turn into Jomtien. Another popular place is Frankie's, which is on Jomtien 2nd road nearer Soi 8. The only one we have reviewed so far is the very popular budget orientated Oregano in Rom Pho Market. It is always very busy but that may be because of the price rather than the quality 👃👃

Great videos David & Nong, I watch your food videos and honestly can't wait to get back over to Thailand. I am looking to travel to Jomtien to see what the area is like to possibly spend a period of time. Can you advise me if there is a range of vegan food as my wife has changed her eating habit. I myself will eat most of the food you have shown during your video reviews of eateries. Anyway keep up the videos and rides around town, stay safe.

Very enjoyable video David. Living where I do dim sum is a very popular choice for a meal out. There are endless varieties but I always go back to the ha-gau (shrimp dumplings) and siu-mai (pork/shrimp dumplings). I'll certainly be checking this place out ! Ho ho-sik ! (Very tasty !)

Thanks HK, I have to give Nong the credit for this one. Affordable Dim Sum is not so easy to find in Pattaya, Bangkok having way more options. We loved our last trip to HK, but we did find eating out very expensive...even after using the Eatigo app, which had many places in HK. We are spoilt here with prices, our hotel in HK (Kowloon Shangri-la) cost us £100 more per night without even breakfast, compared to our Okura Prestige stay in Bangkok which included everything 👃👃

I am commenting on the video as it goes along.... Pad kap pow without chillies? Pad kap pow is not anything without chillies. Chillies are the main ingredient. I should imagine it is pretty bland and lacking in any real flavour. Sorry, sat here shaking my head sadly. Don't like chillies, don't like durian, oh dear me... Don't worry about eating on camera, nothing wrong with putting your free hand in front of your mouth when you put food in... it's the equivalent of those premier league footballers hiding what they say when they are playing. Plus of course, people will probably be looking at your "better half" anyway! ;o) Dim Sum arrives, looks at the bowls, "no idea what these are.." (me "ah ha, buffalo penis...") See, you went wrong almost straight away, allowing Nong Nui to order! I suspect some of her friends are on the way. Oops I was wrong. Never mind, it didn't cost much at all. Nice video David. Lol, I know mate, in my defense I did try the Durian, and curries I can manage fairly spicy but Thai spice just inflames my lips, like I'd just left the dentist's. I quite like the pad kapow taste...I thought about knocking up a burger. Of course they are not watching Nong...she's getting on in years 🤣🤣🤣
