I live in Honolulu, HI and have many dim sum restaurants to choose from. A new one just opened a mile from my condo and a friend and I had a wonderful experience and great dim sum there the week after Christmas. My complements on your great dim sum videos. Aloha.

I’m enjoying your interesting and informative channel. I live in Kyoto, Japan, and have recently started eating at an excellent dim sum restaurant here. Thank you for this video - it gives me a better idea of what I’ve been eating. Everything‘s delicious, but sometimes it’s a little difficult to tell what the ingredients are.
