If you go to a Dimash concert you are literally sitting in a sea of people that fly in from all over the world. He was younger in this concert. He is currently 29 years old and is from Kazakhstan. He is fluent in his native Kazakh as well as Russian. He is also currently in LA and his English is becoming very good as well. You however will see him sing in up to 15 or 16 different languages. Kazakh, Russian, Ukrainian, Mandarin, English, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Armenian and so on. SOS is his signature song. He sings, composes, acts, plays multiple instruments, dances a little and even raps in Kazakh. Lol, that's just Dimash's "let's play with the audience" song. You definitely need to check out more. Most people start with SOS followed by Stranger but he has a huge amount of content out there, mostly on his channel but there's also some hidden gems he's done on Chinese TV shows. Btw, he's now 29, he's from Kazakhstan and has a 7 octave vocal range. His low notes are even more delicious than his high ones.

"NOW I understand" Yes we can tell you experienced what we experienced the first time. I think this is the perfect song for you for the first time but there are jawdroppers and Goosebumps songs ahead of you too. Olympico and Stranger and SOS will still surprise you, but you're going to have your heart and Dimash speak to you and tell you what your second song is. It might even be something like, "Ave Maria", for example, is a song I would never have picked myself when I was first experiencing Dimash and all his talents. However, it's just so perfect. Then I discovered there's this perfect note (of all his perfect notes) that he can sing at the end of THAT song, which he sings in its entirety with NO words btw, has the most perfect note carried i feel i have ever heard. The times I have repeated it in my ears, just for the experience of that note, deserves therapy. You can't go wrong picking is what I'm getting at with Dimash, And you might even discover something you can't think you could ever rediscover again. Then be careful about his lyrics on his own songs. Very powerful inspirational and motivating. They change people. I'm a Dear and I'm a 60-year-old dude, addicted to humans around the world watching DIMASH for the first time. Also I know about aliens this year. Coincidence?

Dimash calls his fans DEARS because we are dear to him. If you decide to do a deep dive into our beloved prince you will enjoy it... he is soo worth it. I am a relatively new DEAR but I have observed a few things. When Dimash removes one of his ear buds...he's about to hit the stratosphere. If he shakes his mike he's preparing to hit the stratosphere. If he drops to his knees…..yep, he's going to the stratosphere. You can see him do all of these things in his performance of his song Unforgettable Day. Be sure to enter Unforgettable Day GAKKU (concert name). He sings in almost all genres. He has been in music/voice training from 5 years old to this day. When he hit puberty he continued to train his upper register along with his lower register. He is an awesome man as well. He is Kazakh and sings in 12-14 languages and also has a reported 7.2 octave range. Yes, he sings Opera as well as pop, rock, folk, classical and he has been known to rap also! He really is amazing and also the most humble and down-to-earth, lovely person. I could see your face with some of his pronunciations, but he had been learning Chinese and English together around this time. He is now 29 years old (I think he was about 22-23 in this video) and his voice has just gotten better and better. He is also a multi-instrumentalist and composer and, yes he has worked hard to perfect his craft, and continues to train with teachers and rehearse every day. Every song is different and he uses multi genres. He is a singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist. Just keep watching and you will keep being amazed. I have been watching him for 5 years. He is the greatest singer in the world and people travel worldwide to his concerts. When he had a concert at Barclay Center in New York, people from over 64 countries were there. The USA Fan Club, if you join, even has lists of all the country's attending his concerts. Dimash was invited to China to be on a contest show for professionals as a wild card. Dimash is a 29-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And that in all registers. His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of hard daily training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. The latest songs (from Tokyo Jazz Festival in November 2021) are Ikanaide in Japanese and at his concert in Almaty on September 23, 2022 he sang a new song in Spanish (about 7 languages in one concert!). And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 15 or 16 languages so far). He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how. Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, intelligent, respectful and humble person. Sometimes he also can be a little bit goofy, and I love it❤️. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country. And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this. His concert in September 23, 2022 was in Almaty, Kazakhstan was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize you are so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing. The Singer is a show in China where only established singers are invited to perform. All the singers invited to this show are already well-known artists in China who have already won awards. Dimash was invited as the first foreigner as a wild card and the youngest in the history of this show. They became aware of him because he had already won some important competitions in Kazakhstan and Belarus, among others. He was still completely unknown in China. Actually, it was intended that he would only have 1 or 2 appearances. But it came completely different.
