I love watching your channel but you may need to learn a little bit more about Dimash himself. He has absolutely no need to enter any western talent competitions. He is far more famous and successful than you realize. Just because a lot of people haven't heard of him in the UK just means that we are backward in our knowledge of music around the globe, not that he is barely known. On Saturday he holds his first concert in his country since the pandemic. It's sold out in a football stadium that holds 23, 500 people. They've actually had to extend into limited view seating to be able to offer extra tickets. On Thursday he had an audience with the Pope and met with other World Religious Leaders, on Saturday he sang the Kazakh national anthem in Las Vegas T-Mobile Arena at the GGG/Canelo boxing match. One of the biggest matches held in years. He got a standing ovation. Countries are crying out to be put on his next global tour. His music is being played on radio stations around the world and even on the TV screens in the Mexican subway (573 screens) It's the Western music business who ought to be changing their thinking but they won't deal with an artist who won't tie themselves body and soul to a record label. In the meantime the rest of the world are enjoying his music and his presence in their countries and the UK are missing out.

When you go back to when he was really discovered it was 2017 on the Chinese singer competition he was 23 I think. He was singing in his own country but he was unknown on the competition everyone was shocked. He was so amazing ,you must do Adagio from that competition a great performance

This is a spectacular performance of Dimash's & some people would not realise just how much skill it takes to perform something like this. The last note where he increases & then decreases the volume is controlled by him & not the microphone. There is a video of him learning how to do that with his teacher who he still sees when he can. This was a very enjoyable reaction. Dimash's rendition of "Ave Maria" is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever listened to, and only Dimash's voice could evoke such a profound emotional response in me. This rendition touches the very core of my soul. I have watched this performance numerous times already since it premiered, and no matter how many times I have already watched it, I am still moved to tears the moment I hear the first note sung by Dimash's angelic voice. This was the final of three songs Dimash premiered in August 2021 during his appearance at the annual New Wave music competition in Sochi, Russia. He once again performed with Igor Krotoy on the piano. This is a vocalise interpretation of Schubert's "Ave Maria " 's opening vocals." Igor Krutoy composed this rendition for Dimash; it is not a cover. I read somewhere that the piece uses only three bars from the original composition and changes the fourth note to a higher note. Someone explained that Dimash called Igor Krutoy with an idea for a brand new interpretation of Ave Maria and asked him to compose the music. Dimash is said to love Gregorian choral music, which is where he got the inspiration. Igor composed the music, after which Dimash conceived these exquisite vocals. Someone else likened it to "a leap from "dark to light" which is the same contrast as Dimash's outfit (dark to light)!" Another “Dear” fittingly described Dimash’s performances like this: "Every time I hear this beautiful man sing, it feels like he punches a hole in my chest and holds my heart in his hands, holding it so gently, until he finishes singing. Then releases it and removes his hand from my chest, and I'm left with an empty, aching feeling which can only be filled by listening to him sing again! It's a beautifully tortured relationship with Dimash." The last note Diamsh sings is known as "Messa di Voce," the singing of a gradual crescendo and decrescendo on a long sustained note. It is considered one of the most challenging vocal exercises, and voice experts regard it as the ultimate test for any singer, a skill even the most experienced vocalists rarely ever master. There are at least 11 other compositions titled "Ave Maria" and over 40 different renditions of these versions. The version most people are likely familiar with is Schubert's 1825 composition or the 1853 Gounod composition, based on a famous Bach keyboard prelude written 137 years earlier. Here is a list of different composers/compositions: Ave Maria - F. Schubert (1797-1828) Ave Maria - C. Gounod (1818-1893) Ave Maria - J. S. Bach (1685-1750) Ave Maria - G. He lives and works in Moscow/Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). His family lives in the US. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. They are friends and have a father-son relationship. Maestro Igor Krutoy shared the story of the creation of the work 'Ave Maria' for Dimash. When writing a hit, Krutoy is guided by the Italian principle: every composer is worth exactly what his latest work is worth, which means that all previous successes and achievements do not count. “On one of the nights, about three months before New Wave, Dimash called and asked if I could write 'Ave Maria' for him and he explained that he wanted to sing something in that style... Coincidentally, I had a spare evening, and I happily sat down at the piano and, inspired by the memory of the Italian formula of responsibility, worked until I achieved the desired result. It took me a few days to 'let' the composition 'lay' in my ears, soul and heart, and sent it to Dimash, who replied literally within half an hour that: ‘This is exactly what I wanted to hear', said Krutoy. I really hope you show your friend another performance from Dimash. Preferably one that shows more of his range, with the low and high registers. I love this song, but it is not a great one for a first time reactions, because then the person will think he just has a high voice. It is also operatic sounding and he may think that is all Dimash sings.

Not everyone can appreciate this type of music. Dimash sings many genres. You might like some of his other songs. He just did the anthem for the GGG VS Canelo fight. It was baritone and Powerful. Millions feel very strong emotions from Dimash's voice and style, but we might not like every song for every occasion. Personally, I love him, and can't get enough of his music!

Why compare apples to oranges. Morisette sings pop like anybody in the music business. Dimash sings different genres and no one can top that. You must understand that he was classically trained since he was 5 years old. So Dimash goes over the top???? Because he can do it and it’s very normal for him. He is an amazing artist , producer, songwriter, actor, composer, multi instrumentalist and has the widest vocal range of 7+ !!!!!
