Yes he is a singer, but he’s more than that! His impressive knowledge of how he utilizes his vocal apparatus, full body anatomy, diaphragm breathing with tight impeccable control, knowledge of upper and lower palettes how to open his embouchure to create the sound that he desires is mind boggling! He is a vocal instrument! He is so effortlessly able in using his vocal range, dynamics, projection, articulation and mastering such amazing control and stamina to be able to know and choose the musical style and genre he wants in creating such colour and texture; like his voice was a paintbrush creating a masterpiece. He is a master. Even in Stranger using cultural vocal utterances and yodelling methods and creating a fusion of magestic elegance in his art , his masterpiece, his song! Hello Alex Ray, My name is Patrick and I live near Monaco in the Principality on the French Riviera in France. I am an architect and pianist, 2 creation trades. With a singer friend we went to see Dimash in Paris and during a concert of 3:00 Dimash Sing without fatigue with a lot of spirituality and very humble. He took over a version of SOS from a French singer Daniel Balavoine who has been deceased for a long time. I had the chance to meet him thanks to a singer friend behind the scenes. We were able to speak for 15 minutes of music. never separates from his Dictaphone for sounds, noise words because everything is vibrations. He is a work executioner and he has a super professional team with him. If he comes in concert in your country will see him and you will come out transformed with tons of vibrations in you. He fills you with humility continues to follow him, he will take you to see the angels. It is a beautiful celestial soul. It is spiritual. Yes, we Dears are ALL IN for spreading words about Dimash, to anyone and EVERYONE who would listen to us. This performance of the SOS was the exact same one that I first discovered Dimash a year and a half ago and instantly fell in love with his voice and instantly became a Dear. Yes, he is from Kazakhstan, in central Asia. He is 6'3" tall and yes, so good looking, and can sing like no one else. He is also a very kind and humble and respectful person. I was just at his concert in Germany. He sang for 3 hours. LIVE, in person, and it was the most awesome experience of my life. He was simply magnificent and you FEEL his music. I always had goosebumps and chills each time I listen to him via my phone or computer speakers. At the concert, it was 3 hours of full- body musical frequency vibration that went through my body. I forgot to breath at times and I had tears in my eyes, but I was completely HAPPY.

Dimash is classically trained and performs songs, not only in 17 languages, but also in multiple genres including, but not limited to, classical, opera, R&B, hip hop/rap, rock, pop, blues. He has been training and singing since he was 5 years old. He is 30 and was born on May 24, 1994.

JOHN! I thought you were a DEAR! You should know all this!!! Dimash started tuning his vocal chords to perfect pitch inside his mothers WOMB! ( Well, that's my theory! ) She has a brilliant Soprano voice and his father is a well known singer also. He would get up on stage with them ( as the cutest toddler !) and take bows with them at the end of their performances, so the stage was genuinely his 2nd home. Then, when he was around 5 years old they discovered his incredible pitch accuracy. He was then commenced with vocal / music lessons - alongside usual schooling, with some of the best vocal tutors in the land. Dimash is now 30, so, YES, Alex Ray! This artist didn't just fall from the sky. What you are hearing / witnessing is the product of 25 YEARS already of specialist training and practice Practice PRACTICE! { Allegedly } Dimash does at least 3 hours of vocal exercises a day - every day... but folks around him say it's more like 24/7. By which they mean he never stops singing, humming, vocalising, creating music, probably even in his sleep! He trained extensively in classical voice, and at the end - I believe of his of his undergraduate studies - was offered a prestigious place with his National Opera House, which he declined. Why? Because he also loved contemporary music and also trained in EVERY Genre ( pop, jazz, blues, rap etc.!) as well as in musical theatre! And if all that were not enough, Dimash has also studied a number of different cultural traditional vocalisations as well, which you'll hear some stunning examples of in his mini-move: 'Under One Sky'. I don’t know if this happens to any one else, but I cannot breath when he is singing, I don’t even know it until my chest starts to hurt! I cannot function because he affects my whole being with such beauty, that I’m in awe! I’m an 80 year old woman that had been listening to Dimash for 7 years, I have listened to SOS at least 1000 times, and many of his other songs , like Autumn Strong, Adogio, Stranger, Sinful Passion, so many more, over and over. Dimash is from Kazakhstan and his mother tongue is Kazakh. He speaks Russian, English (we the Dears have nicknamed it Dinglish 😂). He is learning Mandarin Chinese as his global recognition started in China in 2017 when he was 22. He is a multi instrumentalist, composer and sings now I believe 15 or more languages. He sings all genres with perfection and is the most humble, generous, humanitarian and becoming a global advocate for world peace. Dimash began studying singing at 5 years old and graduated in operatic singing, modern/jazz and composition. He has sung in 15 languages ​​but speaks 3 fluently (Kazakh, Russian and English). At the Astana Opera they invited him to be part of the artists but he refused because he wanted to sing in his own way mixing the various techniques and styles becoming a crossover neomelodic singer. He was awarded at 23 years old as Great Worker of Kazakhstan (huge prize)the youngest in history. And he is the official ambassador for the culture and entertainment of Kazakhstan. So... 7:45 give the man an amphitheater and be quiet, is spot on. Fun story about that remark: Lara Fabian is one of Dimash's idols and there is a 2003 performance that she did of the song Je suis malade which is different from the super popular version that everyone reacts to on YT. In that performance there's a moment that all sounds dies out, and then literally the pianist gets up and walks away, and then Lara very carefully removes the microphone from the stage entirely. Then she proceeds to scream into the audience basically and it brings everyone to tears. That is someone Dimash admires.

Best reaction to Dimash ever 😂 and so good to see our @JohnReavesLive there with you. One of my all time fave Dimash reactors. He gave Dimash a rose between performances at a live show and Dimash said "Thankyou brother". What a guy! Please delve deep down this rabbit hole. You'll be amazed everytime. Definitely do The Story of One Sky again, both the MV and then follow it with the live version which will knock your socks off! So much to experience with Dimash. You will love this journey. I'll let John and the dears guide you on your way, but my recommendations would be Stranger, Sinful Passion, Olympico, Akanaide and Ava Maria. Dimash will blow your mind eveey time. So many different styles, genres, colours and timbres. There aren't enough flowers on the Earth for this man/alien from heaven. Oh, and he was 2yr old first time he got on stage to sing. His parents both perform. His mother is an opera singer. Dimash went to music school at age 5 and is now 30. 31 in May. He is currently working on getting his PhD in Musicology. He practices every single day, swims underwater to train his breath control. He has worked all his life for this and in my opinion the exposure he currently has is nowhere near what he deserves. A talent like this doesn't just come along everyday. This is a once in a lifetime talent right here. Dimash is unmatched. I have subscribed and am on the edge of my seat waiting to see more. He is 1.91 m (6.3 ft) tall. Dimash is a singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, actor, video director, screenwriter and entrepreneur who has received the title of Honored Artist of Kazakhstan (2019), People's Artist of Kazakhstan (2023) and many other significant awards around the world. Dimash Qudaibergen was very fortunate to be born into musical 'royalty'. Grandfather was a professional dombra player, grandmother was a teacher and sang. His mother Svetlana Aitbayeva has a classical education (not opera singer). His father, Kanat Aitbayev, is also a singer, songwriter and producer. His parents are known throughout the country and are “Honored Music Artists of Kazakhstan”.
