A very beautiful gesture! Following the Kazakh tradition called ‘Returning the Son’, Dimash’s grandparents brought him up - he calls them ‘Mama’ and ‘Papa’. His grandmother Miua gave up her job as a teacher in order to care for him and allow his young mother Sveta to finish her university studies, but they all lived together in the same house while he and his siblings were growing up - they are a very close family ..

For me, the version of S.O.S from the Chinese talent show will ALWAYS be the best. I think it's because of how my emotions on first hearing him sing were - I was absolutely stunned, speachless and totally in love with his pure and amazing voice. How I love Dimash's values and heart ❤️. Just knowing that when he returns to Khazakhstan he goes straight home to his beloved family and happily lives at home. Of course, he could very easily buy himself many properties but he simply chooses his family - wonderful. ❤❤❤❤❤

She loves her family, but she adores Dimash. In Kazakhstan, they have an ancient tradition called the returning or for giving of a son. When a couple has a first born son, it is tradition to give that son to a set of grandparents. In the case of Dimash, his parents gave him to his paternal grandparents. They took him though living in almost poverty and raised him completely for 10 years then his parents and grandparents all move in together. Dimash continued calling his grandparent "Mama and Papa" and at concerts he would tell people he had two sets of parents. His Papa passed away spring of 2023. He loves them more than you can imagine as they have loved him. They are the ones who put him through his ling years of music school, taught him to play chess and use logic. They gave him a love of books and a love of the people of the world. They gave him a strong academic and musical background and they gave him love.

I believe he and his extended family have always lived together: his grandmother has spoken of nights when Dimash was unsettled as a baby and his parents came running to offer to take him from her to allow her to sleep. She said she refused, saying she would cope with him herself ...

You asked in an earlier video if we liked Dimash's accent when he speaks in English. My answer is an unequivocally yes. I also like not only your accent but the tone of your speaking voice as well.

❗SOS is considered one of the 5 hardest songs to sing, from the 90s French rock opera Starmania, it's become his "calling card" song. Thanks ! 🌿🍃

And I think TSOOS is number 1 for the hardest song to sing , and of course Olimpico, I think all Dimash’s songs like this
@PatriciaPalmer-o3e8 ай бұрын
@@Somaso163 Considered so hard because it demands the voice to do the IMPOSSIBLE. Until Dimash, and no one else trying ! I think the original singer sang it lower.

Dimash got a great voice .... but.... as a french speaking guy listening a song in french, i can't almost get any words when he goes high. Sorry but his version is a bit of too much if i can say, like a technical demo. the Original version from Daniel Balavoine hits more deeply but it's just my view. i link the orignal, just in case kzbin.info/www/bejne/b5y9pneeqrmerqc
