The person in Chat that said “the singer in 5th Element had a greater range” doesn’t know what he’s talking about! First, in the movie some of the range was computerised, because the director thought no human would be able to reproduce that vocalisation. Second, Dimash HAS reproduced it. Dimash has sung the siren song from 5th Element, LIVE, in fron of an audience. So, eat your words!

So far, Dimash is the only human who can beat that computer generated singer in 5th Element (so many other singers tried but failed miserably), plus Dimash added a D8 whistle note in his version so no one can replicate him instead. In fact, not many dared to cover any of Dimash's songs because they just cannot surpass, let alone be on the same level as him, vocally. Even though he is not as popular as Justin Bieber or as beautiful as Taylor Swift or as rich as Beyonce, but.. they don't have his musical talent and genius. They don't eat, sleep and breathe music like he does.

@@lisapyann6658 😄Dimash's Diva Dance performances have occasionally included an F#7. The D8 he sang was in Unforgettable Day at the Gakku live outdoor concert. So yes, Dimash has a MUCH larger range than the computerized blue alien but it's not the range that makes him "unforgettable". It's his mastery of every voice technique known to man and then some he has invented himself. All sung with incredible perfection.

Igor Krutoy heard Dimash sing Sinful Passion as an audience member. He is in the white shirt giving Dimash a standing "O" after his performance of Sinful Passion. I read that after the performance, Igor approached Dimash and his father to ask if they would allow him to write music for Dimash. I love Dimash so much. His range is incredible (7 octaves and some semitones - it's hard to keep track with his ever expanding range) but his understanding of music and storytelling is what makes his music so good. And I don't even mean the knowledge he has gained from his multiple music studies and schooling, but the understanding he possesses in every fiber of his being. Quality over quantity always. He is a very humble, polite and respectful person. Saw him in New York in 2019 at the Barclays. His interaction with the audience is so warm and genuine. He honestly appreciates his fans to the point where it is not unusual to see him get on his knees and bow to the audience, or jump down against the wishes of security to go into the fans, crawl over bannisters to greet those in wheelchairs etc. One of a kind.

Look... For other musicians / singers there's one of two ways you can go with Dimash.
