Another great version of this song is at the concert in late 2019-early 2020 at the jubilee of composer Igor Krutoy (the pianist in this video) at the VTB Ice Arena where Dimash sang 4 or 5 of his songs. The whole concerts was great (available at Krutoy's youtube channel - a combination of ice-skating, different music style, musicians, dancers, color- lightening, and such singers as Dimash, Lara Fabian, A. Bachelli, and others). That version of the song is even more passionate. As far as the vocalized version, I really love the first performance of this song ever in Moscow, where Dimash gave his first two concerts at the Kremlin Palace. However, only fan cam videos are available but some of them have good sound (along with the vocalization in Kiev, St. Petersburg, in Sochi at the opening of WOW Arena, etc.). Every time Dimash performs this song - it sounds new and fresh.

Since you like the song so much, you may want to react to it again, but in one of the vocalise versions. A popular one is the one at the Arnau Tur concert in Kiew from March this year. There are a number of other recordings where he improvises over the harmonies in a different way each time, so you will never get tired of that song, nor do you ever want it to end.

I'm really enjoying your reactions to Dimash and Hua Chenyu. I'd like to introduce you to one more singer, Zhou Shen (Zhou sounds like Joe). Hello. I fell in love with him and his voice on Singer 2020. He's an incredible talent and going to be 28 in a couple weeks. His voice never really lowered when he hit puberty and he was afraid to sing in front of people, even though all he wanted to do was pick up a mic and sing. His parents also discouraged him from pursuing music when he was young because he didn't have the appearance of a superstar (he's 5'3), so he kind of buried it. At first he went to the Ukraine to study dentistry, but music was always his passion, so he changed to music school and studied as a belcanto. He speaks 6 languages and sings about 12. He tries to incorporate classical singing with contemporary. Although he was a little famous singing on the internet, he became more known when he auditioned in 2014 for The Voice China. I guess that's because we know all Dimash's performances so well and prefer even more other versions of this song. Especially the ones he performs without lyrics in his solo concerts (many Russian speakers don't like the lyrics, this song was originally supposed to be a vocalise but some show business tycoon decided to write the lyrics although he is not exactly a poet. Dimash himself obviously prefers the vocalise version and always performs it in his solo concerts, and the version with lyrics performs only on formal ocaasions). He always improvises in this song and sings it differently each time. The amazing thing is that he is able to express his emotions without words in those vocalise versions. You can try to react to the vocalise version of this song from his last concert in Kyiv - it is on his channel. Another one of my most favorite versions is from his concert in st. Petersburg. Believe me, you can react to more than one version of this song and we will be happy because each version is so different, unique and beautiful in its own right that it's like a different song each time.

Super reaction, if this is your favourite Dimash song, you are in for such a treat if you scout out this song sung live at various concerts with words or without. This song is different and unique each time he sings it live. I love the 'white Dimash' version in Moscow (one of the first airings of the song in concert) or the version at the VTB arena is also stunning. The version in Dubai is amazing as is the one in St Petersburg and the percussion in the Arnau version is so so good.

I agree - exquisite. Such delicacy and tenderness in both his lower and higher registers, with a richness that is so expressive. I’ve heard others mention the “James Bond” sound and I do tend to agree (although there is one Dimash song that really sounds like it should be a Bond theme song - I think it is called Endless Memories?). I can hear the hint of Bowie you referenced. Another musical genius from a time gone by.

Hi. If this is your favorite Dimash's song, you need to hear him vocalize that song live at a show. I suggest ARNAU TOUR 11.03.20. It's amazing !! There are some vocal coachs who say that Dimash uses technology to sing live (tuning, vocal extension, etc.). It seems like it’s envy or they don’t believe there can be someone who sings perfectly like him, compared to the singers they work with
