Dimash is the GOAT!!! In my 50 years I have NEVER heard of an artist like him. He is even more extraordinary in concert. His concerts are, at least, 3 HOURS long and he gives 1000%!!! I’ve dubbed Dimash the Grandmaster of Vocal Acrobatics!!! #DEAR4DIMASH4LIFE (I also love BTS, so I’m a DearMY, which is Dear x ARMY). 😁

A little anecdote, Dimash did not know his father was in the audience, when he was thanking the maestro, orchestra and audience he made eye contact with his father, the look on his face was priceless, when he got off the stage he gave a big hug to his father. A very emotional moment. He asked his father : did I sing it well? He is adorable and yes the more you will discover his amazing talent the more you will also like his personality. I will follow you on your Dimash's journey, thanks.

Recommendation for the next reaction: Diva Dance at the Bastau concert. And because it is so short, maybe combine it with another Diva Dance version in a duet with Li Yugang. He does different incredible things in both performances.

Dimash actually had some favorite singers he liked in this show .... Terry Lin and the rocker group called The Lions . he called Terry... Papa Lin during the show and he invited Terry Lin to sing at his first concert Bastau. He never at any time during the show thought he was better than anyone there.

Hi Bud, That was an Awesome reaction and yeah those cheeky grins from Dimash !! This was episode two of the competition and he had travelled from Kazakhstan with a friend, because of commitments his dad said he couldnt be there from the start but would get there as soon as he could. Dimash didnt know his dad was there, as the producers had kept them apart all afternoon he didnt see him till he was thanking the musicians at the end of his performance when his dad came forward. Dimash said he wouldn't have been so naughty and cocky if he had known his dad was there !!! Btw Your reactions are so infectious I have subscribed. 👌👌👌👌😊😊

This is quite a one off kind of song :) my favourite of his is called Akkuym (My Swan) specifically the MV version, if you turn on subs you see the lyrics too, it's just beautiful:). He has all sorts of songs. His Moscow March 2019 concert is by far my favourite one, the order of songs is great too so you get upbeat pop ones mixed with emotional ones and then some with big notes others all within an octave, even a dance number. All over the shop haha.

The Russian singer Vitas wrote this song. He has asked that Dimash not sing it anymore. That was not his dad. He dad shows up at the end of this song. Dimash is in China for this competition and his dad is there but Dimash doesn’t know it. Vitas cannot hit the notes that Dimash hits. That’s why he asked Dimash to stop singing. Vitas stops after 2 levels and Dimash does 4. 😊
