He performed All By Myself on his first solo concert in Kazakhstan called Bastau in 2017. It was after he finished The Singer competition. He worked so hard for this terrific concert. I was scared at first when I saw him. He was so terribly thin but I love this performance. He even makes the covers he sings his own and brings his own elements to the song that you would never expect. He is so awesome. Another awesome cover would be Hello from Lionel Richie. I can only agree. Dimash would never condone such comments. I heard that a lot recently but I said it before and I can only repeat myselve. Believe me, these aren't Dears. They can't be, because they harm Dimash and, in my opinion, intentionally. Real Dears always try to do what Dimash sets the example for us. Respect for others, modesty, dignity and kindness. That might sound like an exaggeration now, but I've already noticed that I've changed in some ways as well. Dimash himself knows that his music is not for everyone, even though he sings in so many different genres. Recently he posted a very cute photo on his Instagram page ❤️and he titeld it with „My music is not vor everyone😂😂😂“ and even we Dears don't like every song either. We also have our favourites. I also know these haters from other channels. Yes, admittedly many Dears are very protective of Dimashs' art, but I think there are also many who just pretend to be someone's fan and then make nasty comments, which of course reflect back on the artist negatively. I don't know what these people get out of it. Envy, resentment, or just plain spite? I don’t know. Always watch his videos to the end. You might also want to watch interviews or videos made by Dears. Especially the ones from his time in China, where he took part in the singer competition, are very funny and give a good insight into his friendly nature. I've seen videos where he talks to fans on the train or sings to them. How he comforts a fan, how she hit her head. Or how he jumps up from his seat at the airport to make a seat available for an old woman. There are so many examples... It would be good for many of us to take Dimash as an example on many things. There are bad actors out there that want to ruin these things. Being new to a fanbase makes it difficult to weed those out, so I just wont engage. Loving Dimash so much it is hard to hear others say anything negative but even I don’t live everyone of his songs, very few. But he even knows he’s not for everyone. If people are watching reactions they need to know everyone has different opinions and I personally don’t want someone to lie. Thanks for honest reactions. A lot of times someone may criticize something because they don’t understand it, so I’ll try and explain but never in a hateful way. Dimash would definitely not like hateful comments from his fans. Well done in mentioning those bad apples and just deleting unkind comments. As you say, 99.99% of Dimash fans are supportive, helpful and kind. Let's keep it that way! Thank you for your honest opinion on this fantastic performance. It is pretty mind blowing when he goes all out for those powerful high belts, and I particularly love the way he teases and interacts with the audience. He asked them to get their phones out and light them up for him, which they did. It was magical. This performance was early in his career and his English wasn't as good back then - you might notice a few pronunciation mistakes here and there. Dears call it 'Dinglish' and forgive it with a smile. His English has improved a lot since then though and continues to improve.

I've laughed so hard, in concerts, sometimes the audience sings so loud along with him they sound like part of the performance. Once, he stopped and grinned ear to ear said OK. I sing part A you be B, I point yes ? YES !! He conducted the whole thing like an orchestra, the audience and him singing away having a ball. Dimash ❤ he makes everyone feel like part of his family.

There are some haters who masquerade as Dimash fans and there are some fans who get carried away with gatekeeping and I have called it out when I see it. Good for you! Dimash would not appreciate people being rude as he is always incredibly respectful. Just remove the ones who are ugly. I hope you can do Daididau. It is a Kazakh folk song and one of his most popular ones. One of the best versions is from the Bastau concert which is the same concert you just saw him perform All By Myself. You will also get to see him play the traditional instrument called the Dombra. You will notice if you watch closely his inner ear pieces stop working. He motions to the crew but finally gives up and sings it with pure perfection without them. He is also dressed in traditional Kazakh clothing. When he performed the song in New York, the very multi cultural crowd did our best to sing with him in Kazakh. He had tears in his eyes.

I am newly subscribed specifically for your Dimash journey...how fun !! Sir, may I suggest to you to wear headphones for your reactions? Dimash has such a vocal range that at times it's nearly impossible to hear the note just with your ear. Two songs he sings ( "Unforgettable Day", and " Drunken Concubine w/ "Fifth Element "), he hits an astounding D-8 note. This is higher than the scales of the piano go !! I'm almost 60yrs old, and my hearing isn't great. I cannot hear him sing this high without good headphones. Up to you, of course, but I think it would greatly enhance your listening experience!! Kudos to you, Jimmy, for recognizing that "All By Myself" is an Eric Carmen cover. So many reactors have mistakenly attributed it to a singer who didn't get around to covering it until 22 years after Carmen's original hit version! So nice to see you get it right. Dimash doesn't mind criticism but hateful comments are a other thing. If I said his English is a little rough here, he would probably agree with me...well this is 2017 and he hadn't properly studied English yet. And if hateful comments are what they are posting towards you, they are not true fans of Dimash as he wants to love and unite the world. This is the Bastau concert where 40,000 fans from around the world came to see him after his time on the televised Chinese Competition Show I Am A Singer. And I'm enjoying your reactions so far.

Sorry unfortunately some fans don't realize they do Dimash as diservice acting like dousche bags, I have been a huge fan a long time and always hear about these people abd it irks me as it can turn people off.
