I’ve listened to all three of your reactions of Dimash’s songs. I’ve been a Dear for over seven years. Saw him live in concert, back in 2019 in New York City, at the Barclay Center. It was breathtaking to watch him perform on stage. I’m now 71 years old, and when I first heard Dimash sing, he literally changed my life. I had just lost my soulmate of 39 years, and was just going through the motions of getting through one day at a time. But when I heard his magnificent voice,it stirred something inside of me, and I just wanted to hear more and more of his amazing voice. He truly is a gift from heaven. A song without lyrics is called a "vocalise", and no one does it better than Dimash. The reason there are no lyrics (IMHO) is that Dimash is Muslim and Igor is Jewish, and in the composition of this new version of "Ave Maria", they have created what has come to be known as a "prayer for humanity". It just doesn't seem to need words. I'm an 82yo former performer, and I've had the honor to work in several companies, featuring some of the best talents from Broadway and in the music industry from other genres. And I thank God I've lived long enough to experience these gifted performances by the greatest vocalist ever to set foot on a stage.

I’ve said this before but it bears repeating. The beauty of Dimash’s Ave Maria, with no words, is its inclusiveness. Doesn’t matter if you’re Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, or an atheist as I am…doesn’t matter where you come from on this world, who you love, what your skin color is….it transcends all of the nonsense of difference, and speaks to everyone’s humanity in its simple stunning joy and beauty. Every single person on this planet can understand and feel what he is “saying.” And I know that is no coincidence.

I agree that Dimash has an angelic voice and that it causes a lot of deep emotions that cannot be avoided in the case of so many people out there. Dimash will render you speechless. There is not enough words to fully describe Dimash. He worked with Igor (The guy at the piano) to compose this "Ave Maria" as a prayer to ALL people of ALL religion. Dimash is Muslim by religion, but that didn't matter. He wanted to pray for EVERYONE with his pure angelic voice. This venue is at Sochi Russia, the annual New Wave Competition and associated concert or appearances, about in 2022 when Dimash was also invited to be a judge. Igor Krutoy, the pianist there wrote this music for him at his request. Igor is a very famous Russian composer, producer, star maker who recently came out of retirement to assist and work with Dimash when possible, and Dimash has sung many of Igor's old and new songs since. Igor is a self made multi billionaire who has worked with and helped many excellent stars to produce excellent performances. Igor has his own channel, and has an excellent concert in it called Igor Krutoy's 65th Anniversary Celebration. Many of those stars and other famous people including Dimash are in it, and it is a best standard of concert not to be missed. 2+ hours of beauty in sight and sound. Your wife will love it.

One commenter said if an archangel had a voice he would sound like Dimash. Dimash would tell you his voice is a gift from God..and actually his name, Kudaibergen, means "a gift from God." Igor Krutoy, the man at the piano is a Russian, many times over, billionaire composer who came out of retirement to compose for and perform with Dimash. He asked Dimash what he wanted him to write. This Ave Maria was what Igor composed when Dimash said, "A prayer for the world." He has written many songs for Dimash, including Stranger, ones only he could sing so keep your eye out for Igor. Dimash has over 70 masterpieces in at least 15 languages now. You would be shocked after this to react to Olympico, written by Igor. I'm enjoying your reactions to Dimash..you have been Dimashified....im 74 and travelled to Malaysia and Hong Kong from Australia to 2 concerts and wish I had the means to go to more. He is just incredible...commands the stage in every song, loves his Dears and tells us often. One of the best parts is meeting Dears from around the world all joined by our love of Dimash. His current concerts booked for May have Dears from 61 countries attending. I like your comment, “when you know, you know.” Dimash’s fans (dears) number around 2 billion worldwide. They cross nationalities, cultures, religions, sexes, ages. I’m not sure why his voice holds such power. I KNOW how good it is, but the hold he has over his fans seems almost supernatural. I know. I’ve been hooked since last May. It’s unusual for me. I like music, but am not particularly into it, am not a musician, am a senior citizen who, while certainly appreciating Dimash’s beauty, am not a crushed up fan girl. I can’t explain it. I’m a retired 66 year grandmother teacher from rural Alabama USA, yet I am more of a fan of Dimash than when I was a rockin’ 70s teenager with mad crushes on the teen idols of the day.

It’s so much fun to watch a new Dimash listener. I hope you continue this journey. Everything he sings is different. You know he sings in about 14 languages. The first song I heard Dimash sing was Adagio(Singer competition in 2017). I’ve been hooked ever since. I’m 78 and am so happy to be alive to hear such an amazing young man. The singing is one aspect that stands out about Dimash. Another is what a kind, respectful, generous and humble person he is. He’s very close to his family. I would like to adopt him. Some suggestions..Across Endless Dimensions, Love of Tired Swans, Ikanaida( first song sung in Japanese), All By Myself(New York concert), Love is Like a Dream((purple suit version). There are many more. Don’t forget Adagio from the Singer competition. He was 22 at the time. He will be 30 in May. Enjoy the ride. Thank you for your prayer. Twelve years ago I was diagnosed with cancer. There was no treatment but a bone marrow transplant. I was considered to old. There was a five year life expectancy. I received blood transfusions about every six weeks for three years. The doctor decided to try a treatment not used before. I went into cardiac arrest because of the treatment. I also went into remission. I’ve been cancer free for 12 years. There is a God. Thank you for sharing your wife’s story. Bev

Cancer, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. My grandfather died of lung cancer. It was discovered too late. My mother had cancer twice, the first time she beat it. But the second time, we thought she had beaten it, and when she ended up in the hospital with an intestinal obstruction and had surgery, they discovered that the cancer had either come back or maybe it had never completely gone away. Anyway, that's when it caught up with her. That was 2021. Last year my beloved husband had prostate cancer, but it was cured through surgery. It can happen to anyone and it's worth fighting for. Even if some people lose.

This version was written exclusively for Dimash. He does vocalize from time to time and it is always breathtaking. He does a song called Know. It is composed by the same person who did Ave Maria, who is Igor Krutoy the pianist on state with him during this performance. He has several versions of Know. One from the New Wave has lyrics and is astonishing and the rest in concert where he uses only his voice. It is totally mesmerizing. One of the best performances of Know is from Kiev. So if you look up Dimash, Know Kiev you will experience a performance that will be spell binding.
