Kazakhstan got it’s I dependence, I think about thirty years ago and Dimash is passionate about his roots. Though he plays many instruments, it is his younger brother who is playing guitar and drums this time. Dimash was playing a kobyz in the cave, a traditional instrument. As others have said, Dimash is the most versatile singer in the world, singing opera to rap and in 14 languages. A song he composed called El Amor enti had Spanish lyrics which were written by two Mexican fans.

Great reaction, and yes, Kazakhstan was under Soviet rule until 1991 when they regained their independence. I have thought that Dimash's pride in his homeland is how Native Americans would feel if this land was ever given back to them. You're the only reactor who has touched upon the similarities, so until now, I have never mentioned my thoughts as them being akin to Native Americans. Dimash's father wrote the lyrics and dimash co-composed the music. See other comments for more about Dimash. This song barely scratches the surface! Enjoy and please react to more Dimash. 🤗💙🎶🤗🌞

Pronunciation: Dee-mash Coo-dye-burg-in One of the greatest artist of this generation. I was blessed to discover him in 2019. His music along with BTS, really helped me throughout the pandemic Era. Dimash is a superb singer who has a range of, I believe, 7 or 8 octaves. Please react to S.O.S by him to experience his diversity. Thank you and your lovely wife for your reactions. Keep up the great work ‼️ ☮️ 💜

Well, I don't know if this is a good introduction to Dimash to be honest. He has one of the best voices I have ever heard with a range of more than 6 octaves which obviously doesn't show in this song. You should try some other song like SOS for example.

Actually this was a perfect intro for you to Dimash! The Kazakh side is so important to him! You should watch all his Kazakh music. Of course he makes all kinds of music genres, you will get to them in due course! Listen watch Daidedau, Samaltau, Omir Oter, Durdaraz, Dudurai. Also I'll Die for the Wind of the Mountain an Armenian song about the genocide of that people Greetings from Cape Town South Africa

Let me disagree. This song could have been sung by anyone. Vocally, there is nothing Dimash-specific. As a consequence the reactor had not much to say about his vocal. So, no, this song is not at all a perfect intro but rather a bad choice (or a bad recommendation apparently).
@Treefellow114 сағат бұрын
@@mmsminimalmusic3110 perfect choice for him in particular as a person whose people have a history of being oppressed and dispossessed by more powerful nations, as Kazakhstan has been in its history. From that point of view its the perfect first song, could have been Samaltau or others.

I see many commenters are suggesting the 2021 version of SOS, but my favorite version of this signature song for Dimash is the one he did at the Slavic Bazaar in 2018 (or 2019?) Highly recommend it for a true introduction to more of his insane vocal range and techniques as well as his superlative emotive performance. Welcome to the Dimash rabbit hole!😊

His voice is actually ridiculous. I'm sure someone will recommend one of his out of body experience vocal performances. You don't even think he's human. I don't follow him but I have heard a few songs, so I was surprised by this one actually being normal. You'll see what I mean 😉

Though you didn't get to hear much of his otherworldly vocals here, it might've been a good introduction for you actually since you related to the message a lot. I'd suggest "SOS"(2021 Digital Show) next since it's the song people usually start with, but after that'd recommend the Kazakh folk song "Samaltau"(Tokyo Jazz Festival 2020) and "Amanat".

I see you are branching out. Dimash is a wonderful singer. I am a fan as well but I personally love another singer that is often talked about with great singers like Dimash. His name is Zhou Shen. One of the most ethereal voices and arguably one of the most popular singers in China. Funny he just released his first Spanish song - La Danza del Dios Del Sol. He is a traditional Chinese Singer that can seamlessly go from opera to Chinese Pop, Ballad, Rap etc. I will buy you a few coffees if it gets him on tour radar. He has a large international fan base but not as many US reactors.

Frankie, not the best first reaction for a Dimash son. You didn’t know it here but among the professionals, you tube vocals coaches and teachers Dimash is the best vocalist past and present in the world. He messed up here using cgi for the horse riding tricks. Not that Dimash is not a sportsman. Dimash has a red belt in taequandi, good at soccer and deep dives everyday for his lungs. Find one of his performances of his signature French song sos.
