Dimash is all genres. This song is from a French Canadian musical " Starmania". Dimash sang it in episode 1 of the Chinese professional singer competition, The Singer, in 2017. That episode catapulted him to fame. There is a more recent version from his digital show this year, which is incredible. You cannot compare Dimash to anyone. He is multiple talents in one body. Sings in 13 languages, does Phd in music, studied classical and contemporary singing as well as composing, dances, raps, codirects music videos, has a red belt in taekwondo, avid swimmer, does charity work, sits on juries in singing competitions. But above all he is a humble person who wants to promote his country on the world stage.

Dimash didn't compose "SOS", it is a famous French song from the late 70's (he did sing it in French). He sings in 12 different languages, plays multiple musical instruments, and has studied music/singing since the age of 5. He holds multiple degrees in music, and has a 6-8 octave range (depending who you ask). This performance was from 2018 and he has only gotten better since. I highly recommend you watch "Sinful Passion" and "Autumn Strong" before moving on to his recent work. He sings different genres of music (even raps). Thank you for reacting to our Dimash.

Dimash has sculpted a new genre of mixing classical with pop and jazz and rock and folk often adding some of his countries traditional instruments like the Kobyz. Don’t worry you will discover that one later. But if you want to try him on an English song written by an American and composed by the famous Igor Krutoy of Russia who he works with often now, you should definitely try Stranger from his KZbin channel. Go for the new wave 2021 version first as there is an additional One that he performed in China. You will be shocked. You can count them yourself but I counted 11 vocal transitions in one song. Dimash sings in ALL genres! This is a famous french song. Dimash sings in 13 languages. You should hear him today! He was perfect here 3 years ago, but he’s at a different level today. No one can sing like him! THE greatest vocalist of ALL time, with over 7 octaves range. A couple of weeks ago he sang in Japanese for the first time, (perfectly according to Japanese reactors) a song called Ikanaide, live streamed to the Tokyo Jazz Festival. It’s absolutely amazing, I really recommend you listen to that to see how much he’s improved since the performances you’ve already watched! He’s incredible!

Dimash can sing any genre. He has some pop style songs also. You might want to check out be with me digital concert 2021 or the music video which is really cool. Also fly away from nu wave 2021. Both of these songs are on the American billboard charts. Another good pop song to check out would be screaming original mv. Dimash has degrees in classical and pop. He is about to get his doctorate in composing. He is an amazing talent that has worked all his life since the age of 5 perfecting and honing his gift. This song is from a Canadian song I believe came from an Opera from the 1970’s. It is written in French. A very difficult song to sing, with the high & low notes. Dimash can do this because at the time of this performance he had 6 Octaves plus 2 half notes. He is always is working on his voice he now has 7 Octaves.

This is not Kazakh music. It was part of a French musical called Starmania. This song showcases a lot of his vocal range. Within this song, you have opera and pop. He loves to mix genres. Dimash can sing Pop, opera, R&B , and even rap. He does not do main stream. Instead, each song is a work of art which he meticulously arranges (he has a big say in the music). He also expresses so well the emotions of the song, as you can see here. There has never been a singer like Dimash. The last song you listened to was in Kazakh (he wrote it). This one is French. He also sings in Chinese (Autumn Strong, Daybreak Bastau), English (Stranger, Fly Away, Be with me, Across Endless dimension, Show must go on, Your love and many more), Italian , “Olympico, Passione, Ti Amo Cosi”, Russian; “Sinful Oassion, “Love is like a dream”, in Ukrainian, Marigold, and just released, in Japanese, “Ikanaide”,.
