This was definitely live. You can totally hear it and lipsyncing is banned in China. And I think he was a mini tiny bit off key for a second and a half ☺️

Do u know that it was recorded twice because of his “mischievous belt” ( yes, this time mischievous belt, not mischievous laces 😂😂😂) and the second one is in funcams ! It is slightly different than official !🙏🏻🙌🏻❤️

Unfortunately this performance was not live, as you can see and hear when you compare it to this fancam rehearsal footage (when his belt came off) kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4GXnXSVnJKWfZo . Exactly the same adlibs.

it is true... some of his performances are pre-recorded, most times probably because the show demands playback (which sucks, but they likely want to be in control of what is performed) and yes this does sound like playback and likely is... but at least it isn't the same recording as the original single release vocals... yes some of the adlibs are the same, but at least he has since recorded these vocals... but yeah it must be frustrating for artists when they have to do playback... Muse expertly made fun of this concept by clearly showing that they weren't playing (they switched places, and didn't always play their instruments cause they were annoyed that they weren't allowed to play live kzbin.info/www/bejne/i2ivhWZ8qbWnmMU very funny :D)
