@@beecheung7936 因為係對話節錄 所以有啲口語😅 希望唔好介意 我一直懶得整理/翻譯 所以得英文內容 That has paneer, onions, tomatoes, garlic, sweet peas, ginger, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala (it's an Indian allspice). And whipped cream (smallest container you can find at the store). Also, cumin seeds and cooking oil (canola should be good). And salt. Add some cumin seeds to the hot oil (heated at medium heat), then add chopped onions once the cumin seeds start to fry and bubble aup. Fry the chopped onion till they are mild golden brown, then add the finely chopped garlic, followed by chopped tomatoes about 1/2 min later. Mix them till the tomatoes soften up. Add some finely chopped ginger/or ginger powder, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, and garam masala . Cook for 2-3 min. Then add the peas. Add a little bit of water, like quarter cup for the peas to cook, and then, once they are cooked, add the cream. Mix it well and let it boil. Once it comes to a boil, add fried or unfried paneer cubes. Let it simmer for 5 min. And you are ready to eat. You may add about a teaspoon of sugar if you feel that the natural sweetness isn't popping out.
The food looks so much better than that from the Michelin mentioned restaurant. By the way, I am still waiting for Michelin Guide's reply on my inquiry.
