When making a video about using a 4-stroke engine on a trike, the sound of the engine running is the most important part IMHO. I've seen trikes fly. I've seen them take off and land. The thing that makes this different is the engine. How the engine sounds and what it sounds like under load. That's the most important part.

I have not seen a new flat head Briggs &Stratton in years! They are a good motor and near bomb proof if you use diesel grade oil in them. Nice Trike by the way.

The cast iron opposed Briggs looks like a 594 cc engine to me. These were roughly rated at 16 to 18 horsepower, however real-world test of shown they put out more like 22 on an average. These are very heavy cast iron blocks on knees Briggs hasn't made these in many many years. Very good Dependable Flathead engine, you can tell it's heavy in the ass from the way it flies. I notice no gear reduction due to the fact that this is a stock engine probably governed it 32 to 3600 RPM, and apparently he has the right prop because it pushes it just fine. 👍👍👍👍😎
