@@Lordidude ​ Yeah, the card is printed as a 7/5 and the 3/3 version is just an ability, meaning that when it gets back in the game it does so as the biggo. This is also the reason all this prototype stuff is pricey, blinking them is a viable deck

@@Lordidude It re-enters the battlefield at it's full ⑦ cost and not the prototype ①💀💀 cost. So it would become a 7/5 Menace, Lifelink with Ward 7 life instead of 3.

@@Lordidude A card "forgets" stuff that happened previous to changing zones. So it returns as a creature that entered the battlefield from exile (as opposed to being cast), so it doesn't have the attributes that it has "if it's cast for its Prototype cost". Same sort of thing lets you cheat the big version into play with effects that put it onto the battlefield from the graveyard. And I currently run a deck where the game plan is to flicker Prototype creatures with effects like Planar Incision, both to dodge removal and to get the big version for cheap.

I've been on a deck making tear lately, making more perfectly fitting decks, and taking no prisoners, lol. I was liking those reckoner bankbusters in white/red artifact boros in the last deck, with hotshot foxes, and 2x flame-blessed bolts anyway? With iron golems, fade away, no...., sounds like this deck is doing just fine, I can't destroys cgbs soul anyway, lol jk. Those surge engines and fleshgorgers look pretty good, and I guess I see the tezzeret with bankbuster, but no 23 land, or 2x hulking metamorphs, nezumi prowlers, 1x legendary 1 cost ashnod, iron golems, or 1x urza's command, with goring warplow, undying malice, fade away, fleshgorgers, 1x transmogrants crown, 1x mukotai soulripper, 1x blade of the oni, virus beattles faded away, with legendary drafna, founder of lat-nam, 1x swirling mist, with all those go for throats and sheoldreds?!?! Lol jk, nice deck, with giving me new deck ideas. Cgbs been dimirrored now though. Definitely looks like a good deck for building around those surge engines, bankbusters, and tezerets, with the removal and playtesting though. I'd probably just keep the 4x tezerets in there as it is then if I was gonna play this one though? As I had been saying with boros artifact though, that rabbit batteries are for cliffstompers and flyers that play with fire, with pyrrhic blasts, balduvian berzerkers, 1x manaform hellkite, 1x atsushi, 1x draconic destiny, 1x curse of hospitality, 1x goro-goro, 1x feldon, pheonix chicks, 1x mishra's command, both planeswalkers with light up the night, and 26 land. And as kumono faces kakkazan cancels the berserkers ability with exiling anyway, even without all the flyers with rabbit battery, kumonos definitely a better card in some other kind of deck, even with the pheonix chicks and all the haste, maybe with jugan, or white somehow or whatever, or left in the raiju deck, for the time being probably anyway, with the new set that came out anyway? Or in the sideboard for awhile probably, for me at least anyway? Or while 2 damage over 1 damage, used to be more pertinent on the 1 drop beats, with more cards to combo with, it's not always as essential to survival in some decks, like pheonix chick, rabbit battery, cliffstomper, balduvian berserker, though the pit fighter is definitely great with vildaren epicure, and sanguine statuette, falkenrath perforators, cemetary gatekeepers, and of course bloodthirsty adversary's, with all the good vampires, 21 land and 1x sticky fingers, it's hard to imagine it'd be easy to go wrong anyway? With mishras foundry's for dragonspark reactors, in the mono red artifact sacrifice deck with, ogre-head helms, goldhounds, riveteers requisitioners, fables, 1x smelter, and 23 land. And ronins are for feeding red/green artifact teething wurmlings with 20 land, with those cool riviteers requisitioners again, like in mono red artifact sacrifice, and trackers, and professional face-breakers at the top of the curve, and of course audacity, with llanowar stalkers, quirion, greeters, bushwhack, with probably about 3 mountain types, with 2 basic for searching. Over yotias frontliner with lizard blades in boros with 2x flame-blessed bolts, can't say I've playtested it yet though. Definitely liked playing the mechanized vampires laboratory, with all the aoe, with 2x neonate's rush, 4x end the festivities, and 4x vampires' vengeance. It can get a little trickier building some aggro decks in the beginning though, hard to imagine playing boros artifact without 1x eater of virtue, 2x angelfire ignition, 1x liberator, and bankbusters on flash, patchwork automoton with ward 2, with lizard blades equipped on them, michiko's, 4x steel seraph, 1x platoon dispenser, hotshot mechanics, and 2x flame-blessed bolts, over 4x red/blue lightning strikes, some play with fires, and voltage surges? While as I was saying mechanized vampires go over the top alot better than a few red/blue lightning bolts and play with fires ever could. It's hard to say how dimir artifact control, against dimir artifact dominion, I'm not sure how dimir artifact control could handle the discard, or graveyard bounces, or the card draw on mono red artifact with dragonspark reactors, sounds like a close at least against that one if you remember, or count on fable possibly around turn 4 or 5 with the make disappears maybe. Looks like a pretty great deck or maybe the best deck out there according to what you say at the moment though? And while I'm not sure about the win percentages of my cliffstomper, or yontinti's blades boros decks, with only 2x flame-blessed bolt, is actually gonna do yet, they sure do look fun to play at least, and I'm not sure how much I could really change about the cliffstompers decks fitting together so perfectly anyway, starting with a max of 5 mountain types and the 8 duals in the 24 land, in boros with the steel seraphs, seeming like a good starting point though. Definitely one more card to fill in after taking out 4 of 1 in that one after the first test with boros, as I was thinking maybe dragon engine, I think a cloudsteel kirin will probably fit well with the 4x steel seraphs, and bankbusters, and getting lizard blades on it probably. Or that ironcrag 2 cost instant +3/+1 trample, 6 cost summon perhaps. Or maybe ironhoof boar for a few of the michiko's? With at least 1 Astor, bearer of blades in boros artifact in mine.

Yeah, no hard counters or instant speed card draw outside of Bankbuster and a high amount of threats compared to answers. Not to mention utilizing Fleshgorger to race in a lot of situations. Definitely midrange.

Stone Rain was a (red) magic card in the old days of magic. It read "Destroy Target Land" and was a socery if i remember correctly. Nowadys its just destroying a Land and the player doesnt get a benefit for it.

There are very few decks that cause me to lose respect for you by running, but mono-blue with Delvers and no topdeck manipulation is the top of that list. And they always have the "this exact combination of cards and no other wins the game" drawing and flipping luck, it's miserable.

This is not a control deck. I've been playing a very similar list for the last week or so and it is way more of a midrange deck. You can go incredibly aggro and often should.

This is my first time ever being disappointed inCGB, for anyone wondering how to make this deck go from 45% win percentage to a MUTHAFUCKIN 8-GAME WIN STREAK IN PLATINUM 2 THAT I JUST WENT ON, u need to replace the 2 cost surge artifact creature with another, BROKEN, 2-cost artifact creature, and that is.... "Containment Construct". With it, u can add discarded cards back into play that turn from either Liliana OR Tezzeret, and I added a 2 copies of a 3-cost artifact named "Network Terminal" to beef up draws and discards. You could probably use "The Celestus" instead tho for life gain.
