For shoes, if you’re talking about the company Xero, I use their model called ‘360’, for pickelball. It’s zero drop soul style, and pretty minimal, but no so minimal as to fall apart under the rigors of pickleball, which was an issue for me with even more minimalistic models. I teach pickleball and use the Xero 360 whenever I’m on the court, teaching or competing.
