Black metal is by nature very theatrical and dramatic in the visual presentation. Dimu Borgir does not disappoint in this regard. Definitely check out more from them. Especially live shows. Mourning Palace from Forces of the Northern Night at Wacken is excellent. Full orchestra and choir on stage.

What do you mean with "stiff"? I have the feeling that Black metal is one of the stiffest genres and dimmu is the opposite because they go Differential ways with every new album.
