Those are definitely some good ones. Ill-Gotten Inheritance is one that I would probably circle back on. It's a really nice once per turn engine, probably better than Dogged Pursuit. Good suggestions, and it looks like a good list that you've made, yourself!

@@UncommonCommander I think it's just another copy of Dogged Pursuit, what is not a bad thing. I really enjoy the different approaches of the same commander, thats why (p)edh is so nice :)

I started looking into cards that could go in a Dina Deck and I was convinced a Tortured Existence engine would be perfect for her to provide card selection and advantage after self milling. The sad thing about BG in Pauper EDH is that there's no way to recur anything except creatures and artifacts outside of a couple green instants and sorceries that can't be recurred. I guess you just have to take the feel bads of sorceries, instants and enchantments ending up in your graveyard while hoping you start with 'em or draw into them.

How i wish phyrexian recalmation was a common. Would have been in the spirit of this deck

Yeah, it really is. There are a lot of amazing cards for this deck if you open it up to all levels of rarity, so many that I struggled to actually put them into something cohesive. That was a lot easier once I went PDH with it, but you can imagine how powerful Dina can be with rares in your deck.

You wasn't joking when you said there wasn't really any boardwipes available! Pick Your Posion is the only reasonable one I could come up with and that's not exactly legal

The best one is Crypt Rats, but that has no synergy with the deck. It is truly slim pickings.
