no one plays chess in China. So either he didn't play at all, or he was sent by his parents to one of those special facilities to train people to become professional athletes when they're like 4 years old in china (and chess is considered a sport).

It's possible. But I think Magnus has the slight edge currently. I mean elo speaks for itself. 2850+ for decade+ is no joke.

But in a WC match? I think it's 40-60 in favor of Magnus as of currently. But that's still high chance, compared to everyone else. We will see in the next 2 years. Ding could raise his game after this. I think it's mostly mental, and hopefully with the wc.title he can get super strong mentally. He just needs to believe in himself more, he clearly has the talent and skill.

"zh" in Chinese is not pronounced like "z" in english, but more like "juh". so Wen Zhou is like "when joe" and Zhu Chen is "jew chen". Well, not really, but it's much closer than the "z" sound you're using.

I'm gonna go out on a whim here a bit; great content, but it seems to b going several directions. Your tone and attitude makes this come across as a documentary, with no shits and giggles. but the display is a little....too fun. Maybe adjust your tone a bit to etiher go a little faster or something, but it kinda comes off as insensitive when ur parading Ding around w/ a farmer straw hat. I know this is by no means a disrespect to Chinese ppl and truthfully, ik lots of chinese ppl who can't recognize racism when they see one, but u might get some group angry......
