Dingmans Falls in Winter

In this video I'll share some of my imagery, hiking experiences and compositions as I make my way up to Dingmans Falls located in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania. This part of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreational Area. In addition I will share my set up and process for photographing the main waterfall in a deep dark valley. Wonderful images and great location even at the end of winter without much greenery. The recent snow melt must make these falls run better now than in the summer however. I noticed you used a 10 stop ND on one of your last shown images, beautiful. Do you find the 5 stop onboard digital ND on the em1-mk3 sufficient for showing silky waters similar to what you obtained here, or are optical filters normally necessary? Thanks for sharing.

It really depends on how much light there is. If it is extremely bright, I need to use an external ND filter. Sometimes I use them both together.
