Bc it used to be her favorite nursery rhyme. It also is a phrase meaning to pay attention to small things, at the expense of something much greater. My best guess is that means something along the lines of obsessing over a scraped knee, when your other leg has gangrene, and by not taking care of that, you end up needing the leg taken off. @@jacksonbusby95 The curse causes Sips' alignment to shift from Good to Evil the further it spreads; now that it's past 50%, not _only_ is the Wild Magic percentile now more likely to hit than miss, but it also means he's now right on the edge of an Evil alignment (assuming the alignment-shifts are in thirds, with Chaotic Good at 0-33% Curse, Chaotic Neutral at 34-66% Curse and Chaotic Evil at 67% or higher). So yeah; shit is about to go down if Sips' curse spreads any further.

One of my favorite things in DnD is watching a Chaotic Neutral character just lose all inhibition's about killing and finally let go, not because I love watching chaos and carnage (although that is an admittedly fun thing to watch), but because after the chaos is over the character is left with two options: Realize what they did was horrible and work towards never doing it again or losing themselves entirely and reveling in the chaos they can create. I'm very excited to see which one it will be for Sips.

yea i feel that the character i play for the campaign i’m in is chaotic neutral because of the ‘freedom’ aspect of it because of traumatic backstory reasons. our dm has told me that all of our backstories have been written into the campaign so the whole trauma squad is gonna have to deal with they shit at some point and apparently mine’s gonna play a big role for the main quest soooo… since my character is very protective of those close to them (which currently consists of 1 other party member, a dragon i befriended, an npc i adopted, a 3 headed hellhound i tamed , and my crystal pixie familiar) just for context of how protective caden (my character) is of their friends, at some point some bronze noble threatened my npc’s safety so now i’ve put aside anything plot relevant in order to take down the entire bronze monarchy. honestly i’m just waiting for the moment something traumatic happens to caden or their people so that i can just have caden fully snap and give up on caring about morals. (also if you’re curious about anything please ask me i love ranting about caden and the NQC campaign)

This feels like a better cliffhanger, because we got a complete story, and then a twist that serves as a conclusion. It’s not like you stopped in the middle of a fight or when Sips had hit zero hit points, but when Sips had changed into someone more cursed and more unhinged. But the question of, “What’s happening to Sips” lingers in the audiences mind, serving as a cliffhanger in a complete episode! I think your storytelling skills are improving, Dingo! Amazing job!

honestly this, especially since the curse grows with stress, knowing now that the "worst case scenario" is in reality completely manageable makes anything less than 100% easier to deal with. I honestly hope he begins reducing the curse through his chaotic actions and being more at ease knowing that he can come back from the brink, and that he's the one in control.
