Part 25 Pour les gens ne comprenant pas l'anglais (résumé) Au Soto Palace, les parents de Dinis discutent de faire front commun pour le bonheur de leur fils qui rencontre plein de difficultés avec Salvador toujours dans le garde-robe, engagé dans un mariage éventuel qui ne doit pas se faire et où le père de Salvador, malade complique la situation. Ah! le fameux gâteau apporté par la mère de Dinis chez Salvador pour lui mettre les points sur les «i». Dès l'entrée de la mère de Dinis, l'inquiétude de Salvador à propos de Dinis est touchante craignant que quelque malheur lui soit arrivé. Ici, encore le jeu de Julie Sargeant tellement juste et drôle à la fois dans toutes les réactions qu'elle donne et le rire de Salvador à propos finalement de sa simplicité entière, mais bientôt la vérité du personnage aussi viendra le heurter quand elle le confrontera à propos de sa double-vie et sa double relation: lui et Dinis, lui et Carlota. Quelle finesse aussi de lui rappeler avant de partir que le père de Salvador partira un jour et lui sera coincé dans ses projets inassouvis et aussi qu'il sera peut-être trop tard pour le bonheur qu'il cherche! Et que dire de la bataille entre les deux hommes. Salvador, coincé avec Dinis qui l'oblige à se livrer ou sinon à vivre dans le placard. Inévitable que Salvador éclate. Rien n'avance pour lui avec Dinis et toute la pression est mise sur lui de se reconnaître tel qu'il est par l'entourage de Dinis. Toute cette pression devient frustrations et tensions intenables pour lui. La bagarre éclate au bar, où Dinis discute d'une association avec un ancien ami pour joindre son étude d'avocats, mais Salvador est celui qui l'initie en voulant faire déraper la transaction entre Dinis et son futur associé. Il affirme que Dinis n'est pas un homme digne de confiance. Et ensuite, il agrippe Dinis au collet de son manteau, il est menaçant et le reste s'en suit. Ce n'est pas Dinis qui démarre la bagarre mais bien Salvador, en 3 mouvements clairs, avant le premier coup de poing entre eux. Finalement, ils sont arrêtés, placée en prison. Encore plus drôle la scène des deux gars qui s'aiment, qui n'arrivent pas à se rejoindre dans l'amour, ni à se parler calmement en prison où ils auraient la chance de se comprendre, mais qui passent la nuit seuls, sans se parler, dans la même cellule, où ils dorment ensemble malgré eux. Vraiment bien pensé cette scène-là! Quel intensité de jeu ils livrent chacun dans toutes leurs scènes du début à la fin! Ils rendent vraiment crédible toute l'histoire et nous tiennent en haleine sans cesse. Merci Pedro Granger et José Condessa pour votre grand talent! Merci également à toi Julie Sargeant pour ton personnage si magnifiquement joué constamment. Femme et mère au style campagnard et fort, tourbillon toujours en mouvements et en paroles inépuisables. Wow! Cellule de prison dans le coin d'une pièce de local au milieu de nulle part, tout ce qu'il y a de plus «low budget», du surfait, tout à fait non crédible. C'eut été plus réel de tourner la scène dans une vraie prison. Pitoyable!

If there's one thing soaps around the world love, it's violence between gay men because one of them is closeted and the other one keeps trying to push them out the closet. I've seen this storyline play out the exact same way so many times now in soaps. They think just because the relationship is between two men, it's supposed to hot that these men beat each other up before they get together.

Well, my family used to rent a room for a couple of gay guys in the past and they both were very effeminate. However, sometimes they used to get into these very heated arguments for whatever reason and in those cases they used to get physical to the point of beating each other and, trust me, they would fight as if they were in a boxing ring.
