For everyone asking for the recipe it’s: 1 and a half tablespoon of moringa POWDER, 1 tablespoon cloves, and 3 dried hibiscus flower petals (if using as a leave in spray) or more if you use it as a rinse. Stir, cover, then steep for 12 hours. Refrigerate then discard after 5 days. I live in Thailand so I was able to buy all the ingredients online.

@@Kamfechi first thing first, even if you experience severe hairfall, don't stress over it ! I know it reallyyyyy hard not to take stress when you see so much hair falling but trust me don't let the stress build up inside your head for whatever reason as stress causes a lotttt of hairfall. I'll tell you what I do for my (dry and fizzy) hair as an Indian.... ☀️ On the day of hair wash, I spray a mixture of onion juice and rosemary water that i prepare at home 1-2 hours before shampooing. ☀️ I shampoo two times a week with Amla+Rittha+Shikakai water (please watch an ""Indian"" video for how to prepare it) and no packaged shampoo ❌ ☀️ But i always use conditioner of any good brand it makes your hair really smooth. ☀️ Hair mask that i apply 2X A MONTH (my hair length is till my lower back) - 2 egg yolks, 2-3 tablespoon of curd/yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix and apply from the roots to tip and leave for 30-45 mins. On the day of using this mask, you need to use a marketed shampoo because you need to take the grease off. Use a good shampoo and a conditioner and OMG !! 😭 It makes my dry hair so smooth glossy silky and shiny that I just wanna flip my hair on others faces all day. And this silky smooth hair will remain like that till the day you shampoo again. ❤All I'll say is, you need to stick to a single routine that works for you for YEARS to get the results!! Unfortunately, hair breaks in a second and takes weeks to grow again and yearsssss to get long. So try to stick to a single routine for either your hair or skin and follow it holistically. 🥦🍍AND DO I EVEN NEED TO MENTION HOW IMPORTANT A BALANCED DIET IS ?? 🍌🥑 ✨💅🏻 I hope this helps and ask me anything else you want.

Okay so I did this for a month. Used fresh moringa leaves because it's a common tree where I am, and bought dried cloves and hibiscus online. After using the spray for only two days, may hairfall significantly reduced. I usually get about 10 to 15 strands whenever I run my fingers through my hair and after using the hair tea, I only get about 2 strands. I also got my hair cut a week ago and they noticed I have a lot, like a lot of baby hairs all over my head. So safe to say I will be consistently using this! Also, I've been drinking cloves tea in the morning and I also make cold brew hibiscus tea in the afternoon so I have a lot of these ingredients stocked now.

I've been trying to grow my hair in the middle where the ccca is and the nape where it's really slow growth from cutting it off in 2019. Even my barber asked what I've been doing and I shared the recipe with him and all my gfs. Thank you for being so selfless in sharing all of these natural recipes. You don't have to. You could've just sold it to a hair conglomerate that will water it down and add bs to it. This means so much to us all. Now my 11 yr old son whose biracial wants me to use on his hair so he can get his Afro to grow faster but it's a no from me because his hair already grows too fast but i swear he's sneaking into the frig and using it anyways 😂 😂😂 smdh.

@@DINMAOKIKE it felt only right. You gave factual information during the videos (i checked) and reading all the other reviews I felt confident this might be the solution I've been looking for. So much so that the cream my Black dermatologist who diagnosed me with CCCA in 2019 and anti inflammatory pill that I take 2x/ day and it makes me nauseous, I haven't had to use AT ALL, since using the tea. I usually experience itching and irritation and I haven't at all. The anti inflammatory she prescribed is because CCCA is an auto immune condition where the immune system attacks the hair follicles causing it to be inflamed and fall out so the cloves are doing their job. I'm looking forward to trying your clove oil this weekend. So again, thank you, thank you, thank you. May God repay 10,000 lifetimes over. I used to hate my thick black hair because it was so heavy and hard to handle. But after I reached 30 and following the curly girls method I started losing tons of my hair. Now my hair is so thin and lifeless and freezy. I just want to have my hair back and make it better. So I wil be trying this along with the rice water of Yao women. Thabk you so much for shring this recipe 😊😘

Oh, I feel for you as I know EXACTLY what it's like. I used to be so envious of the girls at H.School that had silky thin shiny hair that could have any hair cut & they wouldn't need to tame or train it to stay like that. I had the thickest blackest hair but after an accident I was left in a Coma over 10yrs ago but still my hair didn't & hasn't stopped falling out. I've got the stuff & I'm going to add rice water too. All I want is hair that I can plat & so it doesn't remind me of a rats tail! 😮💨

For those 3 months of summer I used it, I didn't plat my hair at all, only cornrolls to keep it from breaking more but I'm telling you, THIS THING WORKS. My hair now is much stronger and you can tell it is healthier too, it has more colour and it is also growing again, even on the edges where hair was constantly pulling no matter what I did. So far it works amazing my hair has grown more and i decided to go ahead and include Rosehip oil in the mixture as well. I wash my hair often because of the spray and combe through it and re-twist then add the necessary hair products I normally use so my hair can air dry in the twist. I spray my hair with it twice a day and put the spray bottle back in the refrigerator after each use. I made a huge batch that will last me a month or probably longer because I still have a lot more and when I need more I take the container out of the freezer and let it thaw out. I get what I need to add into my spray bottle and freeze the rest again. My plan is to make this stuff for the rest of my life and I can make a new batch every 1 or 2 months because it’s worth it and when I wash it out of my hair for some reason it made me skin on my face softer so that’s a bonus.

Hibiscus leaves can be used as hair pack for smooth hair. That was my weekly hair pack while growing up then used to wash it off with soap nuts no chemicals at all. It helped my natural thick hair stay silk, shiny, thick and strong. I was super active kid with all dirt and sun rays my hair still stayed good. There are lot of hair packs/hair care in ayurveda for everyone. And this is my first time hearing about moringa powder for hair care. You have to discard after 5 days because the water draws unhealthy bacteria and can cause mold to grow. If you would like to keep longer, use dried moringa leaves, dried cloves, and dried hibiscus flowers in your favorite hair oil. Let it infuse for a few weeks, then strain and use. If a few weeks is too long, you can heat (do NOT boil) the oil and infuse it that way.

It’ll keep for longer if you reboil it. I didn’t have all the ingredients you have, so I made my own variant using hibiscus, rose petals, ginseng powder, whole black peppercorn, and lavender. Reboiled it on the 3rd day and added a honey packet. Reboiled it again about 4 days later and steeped it in rosemary and thyme. About to go on my third week of the same bottle and it’s doing just fine.

So basically, is this another rice water, black tea situation, I'm sure it has alot to also do with her genetics also,if your hair isn't thick no spray or miracle solution will make it that way. We can all grow healthy long hair, but we can not change thickness/dentisy if it isn't in our genetics. Her hair is beautiful ❤❤❤

Some Mexican markets also sell the dried hibiscus that you can put in hot water to use as a tea. I have bought it before and I think you would just simply put some in a blender to make powder. I have a hibiscus flower plant that probably won't bloom again for a while but when it does I will save some of the blossoms and dry them.
