Just found you guys and so thankful! I (Mark Alan) recently went gluten free to try to help with migraines. For someone that goes to Disney frequently, we’ve been doing lots of research about eating gluten free at the parks. You guys are the most helpful!

I’m with Brandon, potatoes are my love language. 😂. Tiffins is such a great spot. So is Satuli. I think AK might be the best park for food!

Animal Kingdom is a pretty great park for food! We love Tusker House and Yak & Yeti too! 😊

Great review! Do you happen to know if you can order the charcuterie board at Nomad Lounge? I'm going to WDW with my GF friend in October, and planning on Nomad for small plates and churros, but meat and cheese always appeal!

You can! We actually ordered it the first time over at Nomad Lounge back in Feb this year. Definitely be sure to get those GF churros & there's a GF Cookies & Cream Brownie on the kids' menu that's getting rave reviews too!

Do you know if the house made bread uses dairy? I was heartbroken two weeks ago when our server at Nomad Lounge told me the GF churros have milk in the flour! I’m wondering what other items there use cup4cup flour as well.

Unfortunately, all of the house made bread is being used with the Cup4Cup flour that contains dairy. We know it's super disappointing, and we definitely recommend sharing feedback with the restaurant and Disney about providing more dairy free options. 😢
