We're glad you enjoyed it! Animal Kingdom is the best & we love that you can find quiet places there to take it a bit slower and relax. The mango sticky rice was so lovely, and I loved the use of the lemon verbena! It's a high recommend! Love that Brandon inspired you to make some vegan mac & cheese! Nothing wrong with some late night mac & cheese! There's a few vegan versions on Disney property that we're hoping to check out (and keeping our fingers crossed they aren't nut based so Brandon can try them). 🥰

Oooh I love a pinotage and a good 🍔. Guess I know where I'll be heading next. I totally agree with you on wishing spots would go back to offering some lighter entrees at lunch. In terms of burgers, I do enjoy the 71 burger -- I also really like the one at Geyser Point and Ale & Compass.

We are! The cruise is actually going to Northern Europe now instead of the Med, but we're really looking forward to going and spending some time in London before our trip too! ✈

I love The Boathouse burgers. I have a gluten intolerance so they just switch out the bun for me . I order a cheeseburger it comes with lettuce and tomato and skinny fries. Not sure what else is fried in the fryer. I enjoy the fries well done. So I’m a happy camper when I come to Florida and go to Disney springs to The Boathouse. We sit outside on the patio across from Saratoga Springs and enjoy the burgers and the view.

We've had the burgers at The BOATHOUSE too (no fries for us due to a shared fryer, but their red skin potatoes with seasoning on them are super good!), and they are definitely super tasty! We agree that it's a great restaurant all around! We love that you have a perfect spot for food & atmosphere!
