I love it your energy about your family is so lovely and your husband is just like a quiet force hovering all around you guys so that you all are safe.we don’t see many real family’s on the internet anymore, everyone want that money. I do a lot of your cooking and is delicious. May God continue to bless you entire family. Hi Heather, as you cook and chop up any ground meat, have you found it better to season your meat as it cooks, but before you drain it OR after it is cooked and drained? I have done both, but I feel like most of my seasonings are being taken out of the meat when draining any grease out of the pan. I'm just curious as to your opinion and kindly respect others' opinions too. Thank you. 😊

That hidden valley sauce in the taco flavor is excellent! We bought the chicken one but haven’t opened it yet. Have you tried the kinders sauces yet? They are like Japanese bbq sauce and some other flavors. They are the best! One has a blue squirt top and one has a red squirt top. I add it to shrimp or chicken even steak. I think the one with the blue top is like a teriyaki sauce. Delicious! I love bowls myself! I see in other states they have a lot of health food restaurants that serve them but can’t find too many places in Tx. Slow to catch on I guess. With love rice bowls, avocado, chicken or steak, black lives, sundried tomatoes, corn, Tomatoes, black beans. I set it up like a taco or salad bar and everyone puts on theirs what they want my fav ingredient is sweet potatoes on any bowl! Maybe I could make some in the future because you have that Momma way of making everything look sooooo good! Even if I’m not hungry I want to copy what you’re making. I have tried to do boards but when you don’t have a lot of people I just end up cutting everything and then have to put it back in the fridge in baggies for another day or for sandwiches. I love that brand of avocado oil you are using we buy it at Costco in that bottle and then I ordered a glass sprayer from Amazon that can pour with a push of a button or the spray part works well and doesn’t leak!!! Happy eating your delicious bowls Bell family, I already am missing Izzy and Gideon, i hope they are getting settled and having a blast!!!💥

Could someone please tell me what the difference between burger meat and sausage is? To my European eyes it all looks like one thing, minced meat, but on many American channels there seem to be either more distinctions or maybe the terms refer to the same thing but are used interchangeably? Hamburger meat is make from beef and is always minced. Sausages may be in links or patties or minced and come in pork, Turkey, beef or chicken varieties.

Besides the seasoning try making a sauce next time, it is a game changer! We make taco, sloppy joe, cheeseburger, even meatloaf bowls over mashed potatoes! Cooking a sauce in the meat makes it a great base for the potatoes and toppings! Yum!😊❤
