There's only me and my husband in my family right now, so we don't need that much food to cook, although my husban prefers to cook one time for several days and I love food right out of the oven XD But I wrote down your recipes and will try to scale the dishes for two people. I recently started watching your videos, and I need to incorporate other dishes when cooking dinner for my family. I'm half asian, so I miss cooking other recipes. My older children ate whatever I cooked for dinner. But my younger children are on the picky side. I need to start prepping food ahead of time so it doesn't take forever to cook. I work night shift, my meals are quick, but definitely not like how I used to cook.

It’s okay to cut meats on wooden cutting boards but it takes more effort to clean and sanitize it because it’s too porous bacterias can thrive in it ❤
