As a former preschool teacher for 26+ years, when you put hot water in those thermos areas to keep you food hot they become impossible for teachers to open…let alone children 😵💫 It’s like the heat seals them shut.

The pasta looks good and I know blending the veggies is more a trick tactic for kids but I would leave them chopped and the spinach whole....the other day I just added fresh spinach to my sauce for a quick lunch but im trying this 😊
