Dinner in 10 minutes! 😋 A simple and quick recipe for pork with zucchini!
Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen! Today I am preparing a very simple and delicious dinner for you! A recipe that all your guests and your whole family will love because this dinner is delicious and very simple. Everyone will love pork! My family asks me to do this every week. Preparation and ingredients:👇
1kg pork.
Cut the meat into thin slices.
Cover the meat with cling film.
Beat the meat on one side and the other.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Turn the pieces of meat over and do the same.
1 pepper.
Finely chop the peppers.
Pineapple pieces.
Finely chop the pineapple pieces.
All this is necessary for the filling of our meat.
1 tablespoon starch.
Mix well.
2 cloves of garlic.
The filling for our meat is ready.
Lubricate the meat with mustard.
We put the filling on a slice of meat.
Roll the meat into a roll.
Wrap the meat in bacon.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Place our meat rolls on a baking sheet.
Send it to a preheated oven at 180°C/356F for 30 minutes.
1 zucchini.
Cut the zucchini into half rings.
Salt.
Let the zucchini stand for 5 minutes so that excess juice comes out of them.
Pour vegetable oil into a pan.
Fry zucchini on both sides.
1 tablespoon honey.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Mix well.
Remove the meat from the oven.
Spread meat with prepared sauce.
Send it back to the oven for 5-10 minutes.
Place zucchini in a bowl.
1 pepper.
Peppers cut into strips.
2 tomatoes.
Roughly chop the tomatoes.
1 onion head.
2 cloves of garlic.
Add some herbs (I used dill).
Some red pepper.
3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
1 teaspoon 6% vinegar (I used rice vinegar).
Mix well.
Let the salad sit for 20 minutes.
Remove the meat from the oven.
