It's simply unusual. I've been doing this for years and my whole family is happy with it. The meat is tender and tasty. Every bite melts in the mouth.
Ingredients:
Pork 1.5 kg
salt
Black pepper
Ground coriander
paprika
Onions 3 pcs
Soy sauce 60 ml
3 tablespoons olive oil
Soy sauce 1 kg
salt
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
thyme
olive oil
