Of course! This is a great marinade for a whole chicken. I'd probably let it marinate for a while before putting it on the grill though because you're not cooking it in the liquid. Cheers!

I know this is 8 years ago, but get yourself a chef knife! Your style of chopping with the santoku knife is the wrong way to go.
