@dogchaser5203 жыл бұрын
frosted? What does this verb mean?
@nancynolan58233 жыл бұрын
“Frosted” back in the 60s and 70s was a type of dye job. I THINK with that horrible rubber cap with teeny tiny holes it it. The hairdresser would pull stands of hair thru the holes to highlight (my generation did foil thank gawd). My mom had “frosted” hair. It could be a mixture of blonde highlights, light brown highlights OR light gray highlights, depending on the customer. Mom had the gray highlights so it blended perfectly with her real gray hair. She wore her hair short. It looked great on her.
