@@nikhilligam176 why do you need liquid cooling for a relaxed engine? It's not NS or KTM like engine Air cooled is more than sufficient considering its power output and overall package. Twin channel is important yes but Also lot of ppl use front bakes during panic.. New pulsars have a weaker rear bakr done on purpose to balance the overall braking. They'll launch twin channel in next launch.

Hello Mr. ! Do you own a Chetak? I'm a Chetak user since more than a year. The price is 1.21 lakhs on road, range is 100 kms and top speed is 75kmph. This speed is more than enough for highway and city. What a baseless comment you made !

I still have 1972 Bajaj vespa imported from Italy by Bajaj running like champ 😁. Even today scooter starts in 1 kick after 1 or 2 months if maintained well.

One of the best looking retro EV scooters that I have seen so far only followed by Pure ePluto 7G. I am just concerned with the low range of 90km which I am sure will actually become 65 to 70km in real conditions. Second, is the lack of a removable battery pack to charge at home. Else, this would have been a banger in the EV market and I would have immediately purchased this if not for these two things. Editing comment: I see that Bajaj has hiked the price considerably AFTER having received the 45k incentive from the central govt. So basically not only are they taking this from the customers, they are also getting it from the central govt. I'm not liking where Bajaj is heading with Chetak.

After going through loads of survey in the internet, about the existing brands in the market, I test drove the gorgeous e-Chetak in Mangalore(Karnataka). Hugely impressed by the ride quality. I am agreeing with the author of this video, that it is better to trust the established brand like bajaj, with their huge service and dealer network throughout the nation. They are already into this market for the past 3 years, that gives them a big advantage. Hope bajaj will play more aggressively from now onward and give many more features down the line which new entrants like OLA, Simple Energy or Ather offer. Build quality of e-Chetak is superb and all the way premium, and the fact that it is offered in KTM show rooms also gives premium and royal customer treatment. Seriously planning to go for it. ( Its comparison with the brand old bajaj Chetak and to claim the grand historic legacy is superficial, because e-Chetak shares hardly any with the old one. )

This was a biased review, not expected from a learned person. Ather has the technical brilliance and complete heart and soul in electric. Have you done your research on the way Ather is built like the chasis, the dynamics, the battery pack, the software and the drive terrain. Bajaj service is well known and it's third rate level wherein experience Ather service and ownership, than give your gyaan on Bajaj being big brand. You have truly given the most idiotic review till date. This response is coming from a guy who has been born in the Chetak generation and ridden it during my school days so don't think I am giving a biased opinion. Do your research and support passionate start ups instead of greedy old corporates.

Bro I think, god bless you, Bajaj had killed Chetak for some time as they couldn’t compete with likes of Honda, Kinetic and Suzuki we cant compare backup of any big brand too … I’m not with any other manufacturer either while commenting on this. Also with current technology trends of self destruction many new product manufacturers are coming up with very good products, I would say we can go with chetak just because of its name from old days(I too like as we had one) but when you come to value for money and features we have to wait and watch new startups which offer superior experience
