I’ll never forget when Dinosaur Jr. came to Winnipeg. The distortion was so loud I couldn’t decipher what songs were being played and I know all the songs. Then unbeknownst to me, my buddy hits a security guard, gets thrown out, and I spend 45 minutes looking for him. Ah, the memories.

I saw J. solo at the Roxy during 1996 on the Martin + Me tour, damn he was so loud my ears literally were vibrating deep inside my head, lol I had to walk outside , the sh*t you just cant ever forget.

Always loved this tune... J Mascis does very a nice job filling it out with just one guitar live. Always thought he was underrated as a guitar player. The twin guitar tracks on the recording are just perfect; the 'lead' guitar sorts of jumps back and forth between between playing a slight counterpoint of the rhythm theme and playing a very mellow lead. Thanks for posting this! ;o)

Where is Mr Jazzmaster? Has he been abandoned? Mascis has learned to use his voice sparingly, that way the vocalist can work into old age. Very clever.
