Dinosaur Valley at Scenic World Blue Mountains Australia

Dinosaur Valley has returned to Scenic World until February 27, 2022, bringing the Jurassic rainforest to life with prehistoric dinosaurs.
Joined by friendly Dinosaur Rangers, visitors of all ages will meet prehistoric dinosaurs up close among towering ancient rainforest, learn fun facts about prehistoric creatures, and see dinos in action with the escarpment as a backdrop.
Catch a T-rex in action, see a migrating triceratops family feeding in the valley, and wrap up the adventure with a ride on the world’s steepest railway.

I had a horrible experience as a kid riding that back in the 80s, cause even though the ride was over, you were still thinking you had to go backwards back up again. I will never forget it. Worse than a rollercoaster.

We have an annual pass, so it's included in the cost, but it was a good day out. The exhibition only happens once a year, usually during school holidays in January :)

@@holidayjoyrides9909 thank you for the reply You recon it’s lot of walking ? I’ll be taking my 2.5 year old kid and I’m thinking taking the pram incase he gets tired

@@Semaj.18272 There is a lot of walking as it is a boardwalk through the rainforest. There are quite a few inclines so a pram would be a good idea. It starts again in November :)

Those are real SCREAMS, cause you feel like your going to fall over the front of the seat. Its hard to hold onto the bars for that long, its not as safe as a normal rollercoaster. I bet when people ride this for the first time they think its a fun ride, nothing to be scared about, and when most of these people are laughing, they are only pretending cause deep inside they are really scared themselves. And there is always that one or two babies really screaming there heads off. Should be an ADULTS only ride. Just a warning with families who want to go on this.

The seats can now be moved so you don't have to hold on, you have the choice, so it's a much better ride with the up dated tram car.
