Coelophysis was the first Triassic dinosaur I ever learned about, and there's honestly a very definite reason for that. Even though he didn't appear until pretty close to the end of the Triassic, Coelophysis has found its place as basically the poster-boy for the dinosaurs of the Triassic Period. He appears in nearly every dinosaur book and/or documentary that talks about/mentions the Triassic, and his body design is one of the best examples of the "prototype dinosaur" concept.

love how i specifically looked up coelophysis so i could have something to listen to while buiding the coelophysis exhibit in Prehistoric Kingdom, and happened across an informative video using none other than the coelophysis model from the game as a thumbnail 😂 by the time i have this park built i'm going to know so much about all the species represented, thank you for the great video!

Coelophysis has charisma. Light and fast and it was also a handsome dinosaur.

Coelophysis was like the forerunner to a whole lot of dinos to come up later. A time period when bio-diversity started to take off like never before. One small dino not mentioned was Troodon. It was unique in that it had an opposing claw that helped it to grasp prey or hold on to tree trunks. Also with extra large orbital structures.

The color difference between male and female would only be slightly different as the female does not brood the eggs unlike modern birds were the female sits on the next and needs to be camouflaged and also stays with the Chic's

Natural, it's a culvert construction. That is, a manmade structure, which IS natural.
