I don't think either of em comes close to HFTF DIO. I still generally like the DBFZ one bettee but shading is off, the expression is also way off, and ASBR was never terribly interesting gameplay wise to use as a base even if far more viable than trying to make a moveset from scratch based on HFTF.

Not actually. Someone did the math and Jonathan Joestar is on par with Frieda's first form. That said, that math was taken using Farmer with a Shotgun as base and that has always been a dubious power level.
